Thank you for your review.
We appreciate the positive feedback on our platform, and we'd like to clarify the profit sharing percentage. WeMasterTrade offers profit sharing up to 90%, however the actual percentage applied depends on the Profit Consistency (PC) rule. When a trader's best single trading day exceeds the permitted threshold as a proportion of total profit, the profit sharing is adjusted to 10% for that payout cycle. This rule is outlined in our Trading Agreement and is applied consistently across all accounts.
If you have questions about how the PC rule was applied to your specific account, we invite you to reach out through our official channel at wemastertrade.com/report so our team can review and explain the details.

Thank you for your review.
We would like to clarify the situation. Our records show that this was the second occurrence of a Risk Consistency rule violation on your account. Following the first violation, WeMasterTrade offered an account reset so you could better understand and adjust to this rule. As this violation occurred again, your account was terminated in accordance with our policy.
This is not slippage or manipulation — the Risk Consistency rule is designed to manage risk exposure on a single trade, and the violation was confirmed based on your trading activity on both occasions.
Our support team has already reached out to you directly to explain the rule in detail and the actions taken on your account.
We value your long-standing relationship with WeMasterTrade and remain committed to transparency. If you have any further questions, please continue the conversation with our support team or reach out through our official channel at wemastertrade.com/report.

I was considering purchasing a 100K…
I was considering purchasing a 100K account from WeMaster Trade, but my experience with customer support has raised serious concerns.
I had a simple pre-sales question regarding the difference between the Instant 510 Zero account and the Instant Customise account, and which one would be more suitable for my trading needs. I contacted customer support and waited more than 7 hours for a response. During that time, I followed up multiple times, but received no reply at all.
As a potential customer ready to purchase an account, I expected at least a basic response to my query. If customer support is unable to answer a simple sales question before purchase, it makes me wonder how technical issues, payout concerns, or account-related problems would be handled after becoming a customer.
I am still interested in the firm, but the lack of communication from the support team has made me hesitant to proceed with the purchase. I hope the company improves its customer service and response times.
