Overall the system has great features and potential. For our gym model and the specifics that we need, it just didn't work out. The Wellyx team worked with us to get some features set up that we would have needed, but there were just some things we needed that kept us from fully moving forward.

We loved the layout and how in depth staff positions could be in terms of their access abilities. As previously mentioned, there are a ton of great things about their system. It just didn't work out for our business. I would recommend them to other businesses for sure.

Wellyx is one of the most authentic yet comprehensive softwares that I've used for my fitness studio. From booking feature to resource management, I found it remarkable. On top of it's extraordinary functionality, their customer care is always upto help you deal with any issues that may arise during the business operations.

For me, it was the cloudbased nature of this platform, it was amazing to manage all my locations without upgrading any hardware. Moreover, comming from an on-premise system in past, Wellyx team was also exceptional to assist me in the starting days while i was in my learning curve.

Wellyx Gym Management Onboarding was a mess. They messed up the ordering of the door access, which took 3 weeks, after letting them know how important it was - it nobody wanted to install it due to its complexity and said they wouldn't warranty the install. Support is almost non-existent and UNORGANIZED. Wellyx Gym Management truly was a horrible experience. After sending them a cancellation notice week after week, they continue to bill and no one cares to get back to us to cancel. Their software feels buggy with so much duplication of effort to get a good experience from. Our members called the apps horrible and laughed at it. For them, it was more of a shopping experience than a gym experience. Overall, Wellyx Gym Management support is horrible, delayed, unorganized and I don't think anyone in there really knows how to get things done to move the customer forward. Seems very scammy. We've wasted weeks with this company.

I posted a negative comment previously regarding my bookings not being in date order, however within a day i had a call, they resolved the issue and now it makes sense, great customer service!!

Absolutely rubbish! When I saw the website I got dodgy already, but when I talked to one of the guy named Morrison Ali for the demo, I was completely puzzled! He never told me anything about the company history but only interested to know if Strip works or not. Later he told me he will get back to me after talking to his manager but never got to me.
I had to literally email him again, and he agreed to do a demo using microsoft meeting and send me a weird link. It is very strange and unsual. I asked him for a zoom meeting which is professional but never got a reply.
