First order excellent
First order excellent, the second came with a notice 13 hours or at (5:00AM, 3/23) before they started filling it. As soon as I saw it (2:26pm, 3/24) I sent customer service an email to cancel the order. At that point, the only processing that occurred was they had processed my payment, then sent it to the pharmacy. At 7:40pm I received an email stating the script had been sent for processing and they were unable to issue a refund. I checked and the pharmacy said it was still being prepared (2-3 days) and had not been shipped. At 8:39 am, 3/25, and I was refused refund again. I wrote back stating the pharmacy has not completed processing (2-3days, pharmacy information) that it could have been stopped in plenty of time, and they chose not to stop it. I told them I would pursue another action to stop this and write this review. At 9:51, I sent them a copy of what the pharmacy is stating, but suddenly it's processed and in transit. I wish I had checked the reviews of this place. Had I done that, I would never have contacted them in the first place. They seem to care more about their pocketbook and not the customer, or maybe they're trying to save up. I should have looked at the lawsuits they're involved in.
