Develop and implement basic company ethics. I purchased a product (Glykonex) under a 'buy 3 get 3 free' promo. The six pack came, but at full price. After at least 9 calls to Customer Support, the same response: Billing dept will be issuing a credit ($120) for half of the purchase. I will receive a confirmation email from Billing. Nothing happens. Many of my calls got dropped mid-stream. There is no manager or supvr to intervene. After reading the reviews on this company, I find this is a common practice for this company. I suppose I should be glad that my loss is only $120. BTW, the product does not provide the relief it promises. What a scam. Word to the wise: check out online reviews before making any purchase online. good luck

Canceled an order placed by mistake. I called immediately to cancel the order when I realized I had. I've been trying unsuccessfully for 6 weeks to get a refund. Talked to 5 different people, none could or would help.

Wellspring Nutrients charged my credit card for an order that was not placed by me and only credited a portioned credit. Refused to answer my mailing with proof of charges and credits. Then "Blocked" me. When I made contact by phone, I was told no manager available. My account is closed and they cannot assist me any further. I will not be receiving a credit for product I did not order.

Wellspring Nutrients is a HUGE fraud. WEBSITE IS set up so that you cannot order one bottle..and unlike companies that show you the full price of what you are ordering, it appears you have an offer you should be able to turn down to order a single bottle... but you end up ordering several bottles for $239--or more. I tried to cancel immediately and called, but was left on hold for a long time and gave up. I figured a lot of people had seen their Facebook ad and were in the same boat with me and were jamming the lines. I got through the next morning and was told it was too late to cancel. The product was already shipped. Eventually I received an email that my order had been cancelled. I thought, great! Maybe the s*** won't arrive. It arrived yesterday, 16 days after I MISTAKENLY ORDERED IT. Disputing it with the credit card company. In your attempt to deal with this scammer, you may end up contacting Wellspring Meds; they are a legitimate OTC company being bombarded by calls that are meant for Wellspring Nutrients, 877-272-4181. You will most likely be put on hold for a long period of time. I gave up again today trying to talk to anyone there. Complain wherever you can! STOP THE SCAM

Unauthorized purchases, forced add on’s that add massive charges. Refused returns, hangs up on their customers! Literally every single person that works for this company hangs up on their customers! ZERO customer service. Rude, unethical, sarcastic, unfriendly, unhelpful agents. They refuse to help you nor discuss anything about your charges. They also give out your information to strangers on the phone, so literally anyone could claim to be you and now they have your info because of this company!
Uses a china third party shipping co that doesn’t have any locations here and doesn’t do refused deliveries nor return deliveries so they are forcing you to pay $300 for their fake products.
Their “customer service” email address gets returned undeliverable, so it’s not even a real customer service dpmt nor a real email.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT COMPANY. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!! If you are unlucky enough to have fraudulent orders from this company- good luck because they won’t help you!
