Wellness Factory Arvostelua 

Ordered on 7th September and got an email saying 48hrs delivery but still no delivery and the tracker just says we will update when we deliver so im disappointed as this was my first oder with this company 😞

Started using Wellness Factory when Amazon stopped doing the item I use on repeat. I found it cheaper here even with postage. Good service and speedy postage

Took around 5-6 days to get the parcel, which isn't too bad considering my location. However I don't know what's the the situation with those fake royal mail tracking numbers. Everyone knows that royal mail tracking numbers are starting with 2 letters and also ending with 2 letters.

Everything was perfect. From the delivery to the packaging and to the product it self.

I have only ordered once from this company, and I am so far impressed with their service. The period between ordering to dispatch was very quick & I received an update email very promptly. All of which I appreciated ( as many other companies do not send any emails whatsoever ) I would not hesitate at all to place any future orders with them. overall very satisfied. However I am deducting one star, as they only offer one method of shipping presently ( If I'm honest it was the reason I delayed placing my order ) If they expanded on this I would definitely consider ordering more often. I personally would prefer a courier option rather than just standard mail.

Balance Algae Based Omega3 Vegan Drops: The order arrived promptly. On paper the product has the best £/active ingredient ratio I could find. Tastes OK and easy to dose.

I love your products but my shipment still has not arrived!

Paid for next day delivery around £7 with dpd, and it arrived 6 days later. They did refund me the postage so not a complete disaster but was annoying to have to wait 6 days for something I wanted next day.
