I ordered the collagen powder and I got sent the wrong item. I emailed them with picture proof and less than 24hrs later they emailed to apologise,sent out what I had originally ordered and told me to keep the wrong item they had sent.
Very proffesional, friendly and efficient.
Excellant customer service and they now have a customer for life.

The products are fantastic BUT
The products are fantastic. Some a little pricey but I do believe the products to be better than others offering similar results. Very honest with ingredients and easy to see exactly whats in each product before purchasing.
I receive every month automatically through subscription, I’ve been doing this for 3 years. A few weeks ago I wanted to update the order so I receive the product every 3 months to save on shipping. However I found the product had reduced in price for subscriptions, I’m unsure when this was, as with most subscriptions you tend to leave running for ease. I didn’t update, I just cancelled. I’ve no idea why you wouldn’t automatically update pricing for loyal customers.

I ordered items for next day delivery…
I ordered items for next day delivery items still have not arrived. I keep getting emails from UPS that the order will be delivered by the end of the day & by the evening the date is moved to the next day. Delivery was not attempted & my items arrived 5 days later.

Please note that we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. However, the majority of our orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, although this can vary depending on the courier and location.
As we use UPS for high-value shipments, parcels cannot be left in safe places. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, UPS will usually reattempt delivery the following working day, which can sometimes result in the delivery date being updated.
