I agreed to a settlement just to get some of my money back. The December payment was £1131 short. they told me this balance would be paid at the end of January 2022. So for nothing, not even an explanation.

In response to queries regarding Wellesley Property Bond, Interactive Investor are saying this is now 25% payment due early February 2022 and final 75% payment due early March 2022.

I believe Wellesley have acted in good faith and tried to protect investors under the CVA. Market conditions for all P2P companies have been very tough over the past couple of years but there were good returns in the early years.

The final payment from them did not arrive as agreed. Of course no reply to any of the emails. No surprise that I am annoyed.

I have also lost a considerable amount of money invested with Wellesley, I was advised part payment for December was available as of 22/12/2021 am still waiting for that payment, not getting any response from emails.

I have exactly the same situation with my Property Bond and I'm currently awaiting my December 21 'final' instalment. I have also just been advised by Wellesley that I will get only 25% of the amount previously agreed on my payment plan, as notified by the Company. Why is this?

Sent an enquiry to Wellesley over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a reply. Automatic response received. These further delays are just totally unfair.

Propert Bond customer. Agreed for cva to try to recover some funds as lost over 25% of investment. Received smaller payments on time over a years wait. Final payment appears on time but more than 60% short of the value agreed on the cva.
Emailed administrators of cva in mid December to query. Got electronic receipt. response . Nothing heard since. Have they folded the cva now ??

Robert Cook, i emailed wellesley support yesterday and got a reply same day. They've said as soon as they get funds transferred or something i'd be notified.

Not received December 2021 CVA payment as yet, I've tried emailing but got no reply, hoping its not been another scam.

What a vile den on thieves these toffs are.

I settled for a pittance just to get something back, but they haven't yet paid out the June instalment, and I have little hope of receiving the (comparatively) largest payment in December.

Common theft, can't wait to meet him or his family.
What a conman

Another Wellesley loser here. Not only do they make you wait for ever to get the pittance back that they promised months ago they also make exceedingly difficult to find out exactly what you are going to get back. With two parallel websites you need to logon to one but your incomprehensible details are held on the other. They could not make it more difficult if they tried.

No figures given on vote for their proposals rather thn call in investigation team to look at the finances. Then they give a plan of the reduced moneys they plan to return, but now you can't even ring them up, or log in.

Like many others who contributed with their experiences, I also lost money with this company and there is a strong smell of fraudulent behaviour. Is there a strong case for group action to recover our losses?

Good to see more media coverage about this company in the Times and BBC Moneybox . I am hoping that all investors who have lost so much, unlike the directors who continued to pay themselves outrageous salaries, will report the matter to the FCA and the governments Insolvency Service so we can get more pressure on them to do the right thing. . Is anyone aware of a criminal investigation yet into Viscount Dangan and his fellow directors?

Although I was aware capital was not secured I did not expect to lose almost half of it. That is if they pay back what they say they will!

I don't begin to understand Wellesley gooble-de-gook. What is a "payment plan"?? Are they going to pay me back (a very small portion of what I lost..) or do they want me to pay them ??!!!!!

This company offered me rates over the last 7 years, by far, higher than my bank, with it's FSC cover did. But now in hindsight I wish I had not bothered. It has cost me £8000 in capital from a £1800 in interest payment gain and my compensation will be £80, in 14 months. These people are shisters that should never be working in finance for any organization. Their like Gulf Keystone oil co. from the Bahamas that just paid themselves a fortune in wages and spun out stories of vast profits from future oil discoveries. Don't accept their finance option, that will end up NIL as they will fold. I have now read most of your views, my loss to me is great, being a pensioner but i realise many of you have lost far more to this gypsy con man that towed a caravan over here for rich pickings just like many of his relatives are doing today. One of my bonds worth £5k was due back to me on 20th September and now I understand why I will not see a penny of it as they kept quiet of their

heist and have been planning this for a long time.
