Wellbeing Arvostelua 6

I’ve used wellbeing pharmacy in Chadwell Heath Romford for four or five years. My meds are delivered always in time and I rarely have occasion to query things - I have a complicated prescription. The delivery drivers are always pleasant and helpful with top marks to Nad with his patient and caring manner. I usually have my Covid and flu jabs at the pharmacy and receive excellent service. Overall I am grateful I have such a great pharmacy to serve my needs.

I was unfortunately moved from Wellbeing Pharmacy Chesterfield Drive Ipswich to Wellbeing Pharmacy Norwich Road Ipswich. No explanation or consideration given. Virtually every month I have to call the branch in Norwich Road chasing my delivery, and every month it’s the same excuse. “We’ve been waiting for one of your items to come in”. And it’s always the same item. Why can’t they order in 2 one month so they always have one in stock. Failing that, deliver the rest of my items and the other when it arrives. My surgery issued my prescription 11/09/25. Today is 16/09/2 and I’m still waiting for my delivery. There is no parking at Norwich Road, I’m in a wheelchair, reliant on delivery, time to find another pharmacy. Wellbeing

'Customer service' is apparently frowned upon here, as is smiling, speaking coherently, and eye contact.
I'd guess the only reason they still exist is because the older generation haven't yet grasped Pharmacy2U.

The team at my local Pharmacy at Reynolds Road Ipswich are so helpful and I would like to thank them for their service.
Our prescriptions are always delivered by a friendly lady who takes care to make sure we take delivery and doesn’t just leave them for pets or children to find like our previous pharmacy did.
If there are ever any issues with our prescription they take the time to call us to discuss options.
Today I went there for my Covid Jab and again the helpful and friendly team made the experience a pleasure.

Went to collect my much needed medication at 1pm today (Sunday) CLOSED! Have just tried again 3:15 pm, STILL CLOSED! Should not advertise as open when they aren't! .... UPDATE! 6:45pm, just tried again.... STILL CLOSED! Cars pulling in and out each time we have been, it's outrageous!

Two recent visits. Each time involved a rude member of staff. Last visit loudly swearing about another customer as I walked I. after having been rude on the phone before I dropped in. First visit dispensed medication stamped as out of date and treated me like an idiot for questioning if it was safe. It was but the abrupt patronising g dismissive explanation was unacceptable. Customer service response was to mispell my name and suggest I change pharmacy!
