I wish I had thought to check for reviews before ordering a product from this company. My experience was exactly ans others have mentioned. Item was ordered in December, supposed to be made in Germany as per the description, and was supposed to be received within 12 business days. A month later the “tracking” said the item was in Canada but going the wrong direction and also listed it as being in “Summerside, Canada” which is sketchy at best. I emailed for updates and kept getting the run around with no answers or updates being provided. They refused to give a refund saying the item had already been shipped and to “trust my first choice”. I escalated to PayPal and all of a sudden I magically received a new tracking number with a totally different tracking website that said my item was being shipped from China.
Yes, I received the product but don’t waste your time ordering from this company. 12 day shipping turned into an over two month fiasco. I fully believe had I not been persistent and escalated the problem that I would have never received the item!!

I placed an order for an item on December 15, 2023. Still waiting to receive the item. I have contacted the shipping department various times and all I get is a run around. I requested a cancellation and refund and I was told that nothing can be done until I receive the item. I checked the tracking link sent by the company and it states the item is somewhere in Asheville, I assume North Carolina, since January 10, 2024. How can the item be in the United States for almost three months and not be shipped to me? This is totally unacceptable and abusive.

Would not give them even 1 star. Apparently a scam. Ordered in the fall for a gift. Still have not received the order and they do not cooperate with refund and order cancellation. Thet send links to contact them, but links do not work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER AND YOU WON’T GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

It’s a shame there are so many scammers out there, this is one of them. Been waiting since December. Keep getting the run around. Asked for refund but they say they can’t refund because it was already shipped. Bull crap

Same situation. No product has been delivered since my order three months ago. Always a similar answer. This is their latest response...

"The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit. The system has not updated the latest shipping information. We have urged them to update it. If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience."

That was over a week ago and no update.

They say its from Germany it is from China and months after ordering the final cost was$71.00 not worth is the company is a scam

Same thing as everyone else. Scam! Order the stupid tape measure. On 12-5-23. Here it is 2 months later and still nothing. Same excuses given to other people. Tracking number went so far as Huntsville Alabama then stopped working. Then they tell me it got held up in customs. I have been emailing them everyday about it. Don't waste your time

No product after 10 weeks of purchase.
Attempted multiple times to contact.

I too ordered measuring tapes from this company - got tracking number for a shipment out of Norway which seemed to be exceedingly slow but it was Christmas so cut them some slack. Then the tracking just stopped one it supposedly hit the US. I made repeated attempts to determine where my order was. Then they sent a new tracking number out of China. This company is a scam as others have reported. I will begin the dispute process. My advice to you - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a criminal company. They take your money and send you nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR THEIR'PARENT' COMPANY, MANNER TRADING COMPANY. This is a well crafted scam.

I asked them, three times within 40 minutes, to cancel my measuring tape order. They insisted that I will like the items and I should not cancel however I insisted that it was not about liking it or not and I just wanted my refund. They actually had charged me twice and more money the first time. They did refund the first charge but never the second and the order is supposedly on its way. I ordered it on December 2nd, 2023. They are crooks and the quality of their products is really bad. I had not noticed that another order of mine was from them until they asked me
which order I am referring to when I initiated the cancellation and refund of the measuring tapes. The order that I received was wooden piggy bank on an initial of someone's name. I ordered four for my grandsons and the craftsmanship is awful. Shame on them.

Order placed 11/9/23 with a credit line offered by 'Affirm' which I have paid 2 payments of 3 and it is now 1/16/24 and no product, only multiple attempts to contact Affirm, Amazon and Well Buramiy with no response. Just as the other 1 star reviewer posted.

A scam site, no product, nothing shipped, all designed to hold on to your money as long as possible.
They accept your order and money, then give you a fake tracking number that only 'works' on a unknown tracking site. Tracking data strange but plausable until it is out for delivery in another town, 1000kms away.
Complaint go to a computer assistant, who just asks you to wait a bit longer.
Claimed through Paypal, and then get a real china Post Tracking number and works on track 17 and china post, but after a week it still has not left there warehouse (now in china).
Glad I pay via Paypal.
Update... that parcel sent from China finnally did arrive and did contain the item I ordered. Could have bought it for half the price and got it 4 weeks earlier if I ordered off Temu or Ali. If I didn't have the ability to dispute through PayPal, I suspect I would have got nothing.
