We wanted to get my son a gaming chair but we went to Walmart where I saw them and they had none in stock. Costumer service would not even look at other stores to see if they had them.

It's just a scam!!!!! They get the money but customers never get their order, and they certainly don't pay you back, a good advise!!!! Don't order with them!!!! Avoid them like the worst decise you can imagine!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Scam - paid 2 months ago for a Stanley cup, have chased, told there is a delay with shipping, and now their email address is not working and website has vanished.

I bought what was described as a 'Stanley' tumbler. It arrived with Stitch all over it, simply not how it was described nor what I wanted!

Do not send any money to this site, it is a complete scam, they are not based in UK. Passed my information on to Bank to deal with.

I would do zero if I could.
They've stolen my money, they were rude when I finally got hold of them. £40 for a Stanley that hasn't arrived. Now I can't access the website and the telephone number never gets answered.

Absolutely awful company. Stanley ordered not received. I sent 3 emails no response. requested a refund now the email addresses do not even work. Paid a full price for a Stanley, Please do not make my mistake.

It is fake for sure, I have several Stanley’s to compare.

If I had wanted fake I would have paid fake prices.

Scam do not buy from here. This website should be taken down. I spent 210£ and I didn’t receive my items and I didn’t get a refund. I’m having a dispute with the bank to get my money back.

SCAM COMPANY - IGNORE ALL EMAILS AND PROVIDE NO PRODUCT

Total scam. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a thermal mug a month ago that cost £39.99. Nothing has arrived and seller uncontactable. How can this seller be permitted to continue trading given all of the reports of scam practice visible here, and presumably elsewhere?

Originally ordered a set of 6 Labubu toys and paid almost £140. (They were for gifts)
After 2 weeks I received one Labubu.
I contacted the store, they were very helpful and apologetic but I asked for a refund. They said they had sent the rest so a refund wasn't possible but I could return them once they arrived.
They still haven't arrived (24/7/25) and I have emailed them 4 times with no response.
I guess now i have lost my money.
Do not order anything from this company.

Complete scam, items not received and no response to emails. Contacted credit card company who have been helpful and are processing charge back, would recommend anyone else to do this if you are in the same position

Made a purchase of £139.04 from this store on the 5th of July, till date, item has not been sent out, I have sent several emails but came back as (Delivery has failed) chatted with them through their website, that also came back failed 👇🏼 below is the response I received.
