Miller Weldmaster Arvostelua

Order was filled quick and shipped right away!

Very prompt service, BUT quality issues continue to plague our experience with Miller Weldmaster machines. The materials used for the rollers is too soft and as a result, the rollers require frequent replacement. This results in unnecessary costs and delays as the delivery times are not the best, often measured in weeks rather than days.

Very positive experience. Chad as been quick in responding and very helpful.

The help I've received was very fast and concise. I appreciate the support staff verifying my information and returning my requests right away. Thank you!

I have done business with Miller Weldmaster for many years. They are the most professional and helpful company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. All of the people I have had any contact with through the years have been great. So if you are looking for a company that will help you with your needs from start to finish and offer support on parts or troubleshooting you cant go wrong with Miller Weldmaster.

Well prepared, took time to understand the challenge and objective, candid about saying "if we don't think we can help, we'll tell you so".

We know each other as companies, having worked many projects together, so this allowed to get to business quickly.

Seaman Corp introduced new people to Miller Weldmaster, as this will be invaluable for both parties in the future.

Always on top of my orders and getting me parts asap. Great vendor to work with.

We had an issue constantly with the lack of shipping alert and shipping documents as soon as Miller send the goods in order to have everything ready with costums and avoid economic penalties.

It took extra time to finish the job due to this was a used machine and replacement parts needed ordering. Once we had all the parts, it went very fast to complete. Our technician, Brian, was great. Explained and answered our questions/concerns in detail and was easily understood. He definitely is an expert on our T300.

had a program problem where the unit froze. Within a few hours the folks from Weldmaster connected on line and fixed it for us. Fantastic support from this company, and their techs are very helpful and professional! thanks so much!

A bit hard to get a hold of people in the Service Department - this was even true for the Field Service Tech.
Once parts were orders, all else went smooth.

Great service and most parts were ship fast and on time. Thank you!

I worked with Andy over the past two or three days. He was excellent to work with. He did all the work for me. He looked at the pictures I had emialed him and he was able to name each part and made this as easy as it could possible be. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any help. Please let him know that he made this experience nice and easy.
