The camaraderie of the members and coaches makes the experience great. Learning from others each time I attend a workshop. The app has an enormous amount of content ranging from readable information to video information and activity.

Mel the leader is so awesome. She is very positive and supportive. The check in ladies are also supportive Victoria and Maureen.

Always improving and listening to members' needs. Great workshops and excellent coaches and communities provide an environment for success and improvement in all areas of life. Bravo, WW!!!!

I enrolled in the program, and decided it was not for me this was within the first 6 weeks. I canceled the program not aware they would continue charging 84 dollars to my card on file.

I feel that this is clearly wrong for them to continue to bill. I'm sure many ppl have run into this but perhaps have not voiced their objections. I have contacted the better Business bureau and my credit card company. It was my understanding they would cancel and technically they did but they will still bill. Again this was not explained.. initially it was so difficult speaking to a coach, setting up time to further discuss. I believe these are individuals who under this program are just taking advantage of people.

Shame on you!

In person classes are key to success and differentiate WW from other programs.

The intake and first prescription process was frustratingly slow. My clinician would ask a question then I would quickly respond and wait another day just to be asked another question. The whole process took about two weeks then another week before the first prescription arrived. It would be nice for that time frame to be faster.

Love the improvements and features. Like they added unlimited meetings

There are so many resources, and easy recipes to follow. I appreciate the content of the workshops especially when geared toward women like me.

I love that I can do virtual meetings when I can’t make it to in person ( I’m over an hour away from closest meeting). I do wish there was a meeting closer. I love the leader in my meeting (Martha, Edwardsville Il). I always come out so positive and motivated!

Need more challenges with rewards. Our coaches are wonderful.

Like the new app, especially the macro summaries . Still attend in-house workshops as well as continuing to attend the virtual workshops once a week. WW keeps me motivated to journal and stay on track.

They are are welcome and help educate members about the program and how to be successful

I love everything!! I finally feel weight loss is effortless

I love the community at the workshops but the only negative feedback I have is that there are only 2 meetings in the Hamilton location and that doesn’t work for individuals who work, it would be nice to have at least 1 meeting on a weekend maybe more people would join. Have to drive all the way to Burlington to get weighed on a sat if we had in Hamilton I would go to every meeting like I used to.

WW made it possible for me to have access to a GLP-1 that my insurance does not cover because basically they don’t feel I’m “sick” enough.
Granted it’s still a significant cost, but manageable for me.
Using the App is pretty easy once you get used to it and I actually like logging my food. It keeps me honest.
I’ve had good weight loss the first 2 weeks and minimal side effects.

I love Weight Watchers! It’s taking me a while to reach my goal, but in the process, I’ve learned how to better improve my A1c. I continue to go to in person workshops. (and virtual workshop's as I can.) Right now the thing I’m struggling with is I joined the spring challenge at my in person workshop but for some reason, I’m not getting the emails with the recipes and I don’t know how to fix that. My in person and virtual coaches are amazing! The program knowledge and support they give to us is fantastic! They encourage us and teache us how give support in our Weight Watchers community. All of the coaches have all been where we’ve been, where we are or have been. The mindset pillars are great! I haven’t heard much mention of the STAR goal lately, but the STAR goal was always difficult for me to actually put into practice. Make that STAR thing easier. That would be one change that you could consider. Also, an in person workshop in my city would be so nice to have again! It would be nice that the fitness portion of the app could be broadcast onto my TV so it would be easier to view instead of on my laptop, make it live and non recordable. I realize that’s asking a lot! Weight Watchers is a great program and helps a person to realize it’s a lifestyle change that one can have success with as long as they are willing to embrace a new and healthier life journey! Weight Watchers Works!

I love the app, it's very helpful to track my macros and calories! The selection of recipes available, the socialization on Connect with other members, and ability to join meetings are all top notch! My only frustration is the changes to the app, everytime I learn where things are, they change something and I have to start searching again. Thank you!

There is no personal touch anymore. All virtual and your recipes are not helpful. I’m not finding success in my journey anymore.

Today's Weight Watchers with all the Zero-point foods (Fruit, Meats, Vegetables- including potatoes, beans, etc...) is NOTHING like it used to be and DOESN'T WORK for weight loss!

Easy to use platform with many opportunities to obtain valuable help.
