HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! The only reason I signed up for an account with these guys was for the DJ insurance. You had to have an account with them to get the insurance company to write you a policy. Now the insurance company knows how horrible this company is and does not require you to have an account with them any longer. They will take your credit card info when you signup for an online account with them and then hide the credit card info from you so you can't take it off your account and do not have a way to cancel your membership with them. I have been emailing and calling them for the last 6 months to close my account and they do not ever respond!! They keep charging my credit card with unauthorized charges. I have had to close my credit card and apply for a new account number. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY SUCK!!!

Used to be good company. Now they take your money. Scammers. No leads, recurring billing impossible to stop. No response from company. Used to be a great company, what happened?

As a customer of WeDJ.com of 26 years, I am very disappointed in their overall service for the past years. For starters, I have not received ANY leads in the last 10 years and have attempted to communicate with anyone employeed there for questions regarding my account and listing. In the past, noone has ever answered any of my calls or emails.

As of March 2026, to date, I am currently trying to reach anyone again to finally cancel my account and listing, and receive no reply from anyone there. Noone is available to communciate with.

Using their A.I. chat support, this chat keeps referring to calling their main number (727) 551-4445 (listed to Ken Wilson), which noone answers or returns any calls. The chat, also, refers to using their live support, but their live support is only an A.I. bot (no human person answers). I've, also, been emailing several times using several email addresses listed on the site, and again, to date, noone replies back.

Automated text messages and automated emails from Ken Wilson regarding my March 2026 past due monthly payment are the only form of communication I receive from WeDJ.com. As with those email, I've receive no reply back requesting from anyone, regarding my request to cancel. Simply put, noone answers those "past due" emails. Again, I've been trying to cancel my account and listing, and no longer allowing automated credit card payments to be deducted to WeDJ.com.

Clearly, this is a serious issue and no longer recommend WeDJ.com anymore. This is clearly a scam at this point.
