I chose my dress Saturday with the help of a lovely girl called Amy at the Chelmsford store she made me feel so comfortable very helpful very happy

Ruby was absolutely amazing, she welcomed me, my mum and my best friend into the store, made me feel instantly at ease, she guided me around the shop and showed me all the different types of dresses available, she looked at some screenshots that I had taken of dresses on the the website and welcomed me into the changing area, she got all them ready and 2 were absolutely beautiful and fitted perfectly but I felt they were too puffy for my type of wedding (Gretna Green), Ruby instantly understood what sort of dress I needed and came back with other different styles to try instead. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered the most beautiful wedding dress, she helped me into all of them and was extremely knowledgeable about all the dresses in store. In the end I found my perfect wedding dress that Ruby selected out of what my criteria was and I am absolutely in love with it! So thankful for her absolute professionalism, even whilst seeing me in my knickers and no bra 🤭 thank you so much Ruby for making my time at Wed2b the best, most personal experience ever. Fully appreciate the wide range of wedding dresses available for all different shapes and sizes. Thank you again Ruby for finding my perfect wedding dress.

The team were super helpful and friendly throughout - Alara was so nice, made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend checking your sizes are in stock before visiting the store - as if they don’t have it, they’re unable to order etc. I would also recommend going early as there could be long wait times due to it being a ‘no appointment’ set up.

I had an amazing experience the weekend just gone. Chloe and her colleague (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name!) went above and beyond for me for reasons we will keep secret and there was lots of teamwork involved to ensure all went to plan which they didn’t have to do! For somewhere which is a walk in with no appointments, you are still made to feel like you are important and not rushed. This is my second marriage and being an older bride I was self conscious about what dress would suit me so asked for honesty which I got and ended up feeling wonderful and so happy with the dress I chose. Thankyou for your help and support.

Chloe, Alara & Mimi went above & beyond to make sure I had the best experience at Wed2b. On both separate occasions I was welcomed in, (came back in due to new stock arriving which had a few dresses I’d hoped to try) had a thorough welcome and explanation on how things worked at Wed2b and they listened to what I wished for in my dress / what I didn’t so much like. The options they picked for me were all so lovely and the attention to detail with all the extra add ons - veil, pearl sleeves etc were all a nice touch to try on also. I came away with my dress on my 2nd visit and I am so happy with my choice ☺️ Thank you girls for making my experience such a lovely, memorable one!

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, Amy made me feel at ease straight away and knew exactly what dress would be right for me. Because of Amy’s expertise I said yes to the dress on only my 2nd dress I tried on. All the staff were amazing, taking such great care of all the ladies choosing such an important dress.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, being someone who struggles with social anxiety I honestly was made to feel comfortable.
Alecia and Hana was very kind supportive and nothing was too much trouble, gave helpful advice and if I mentioned a detail, there was options for them. The lady's were very uplifting and supportive from start to finish in finding the one.

Ruby!! She was great, I actually went for a dress that she had picked for me! There was no pressure, I didn’t expect to find a dress and was pleasantly surprised.

The team were all so welcoming and helpful. They all felt genuinely interested in my big day and what styles I was looking for but also helping me try other possibilities to make sure I defo found the right dress. In the fitting room she was lovely and put me at ease and when I found the dress all the team made me feel amazing! They have an amazing selection in so many different styles so would defo recommend.

We were looked after by Angel and she was an absolute star! She made me feel comfortable from the very start and was patient and attentive throughout. A great range of dresses in my size and we found the one!

The girls in the Chelmsford branch were absolute angels!! From the moment I stepped in they were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I walked away with my dream dress!! Thank you so much for making me feel special ☺️

I had the most amazing experience in wed2B today. Not only did I find my dress, but the whole experience was beautiful. My dress consultant Ruby was the most beautiful soul, she didn’t push or “sell” she let me be me, she matched my energy and pushed me out of my comfort zone to try dress styles I would never have considered, which happened to be my dream dress. There wasn’t a sense of pressure to make decisions, and I was treated like a friend not a “customer”. Ruby you are a beautiful person and please do not ever change. Thank you for being you and allowing me to be me and being so reassuring, encouraging and friendly. You made my experience.

I went to Wed2B Chelmsford today and found my dress! I had the wonderful Mimi help me and truly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a disabled autistic person there’s an added layer of anxiety because you don’t know if you’ll feel understood or if things will be accessible but I couldn’t have asked for more - especially in moments when I felt overwhelmed. I never thought I’d find a dress I loved but Ive ended up home with a dress that makes me so happy. Thank you so much.
