They even held the business url that I paid for hostage, demanding I sign a nondisclosure agreement so I could not share my poor experience.

I used their service for one year and have had countless problems with my website and am now being told that my website is blacklisted and I need to start all over...........after being $700 in already, I am asked to pay again and rebuild another site. I will find another business to rebuild my website. I have lost complete faith and trust in them

The website design not good as…
The website design not good as promised, the form on the website not even working properly. The whole process just so frustrating with the design, the project manager. Design of the website just terrible at the beginning, I asked for redesign but they did not do it. At the beginning, project manager Mike Wilson said I will have all access and total transfer of website. However at the end he asked for extra $300 for that, the form not working properly and he said I have to pay extra for that. This is such a scam. I end up hired someone on Fiverr and she did much better job in 4 days than this company did in 4 months
