Very impressed by the service. Payment received within a few hours of receipt of the phone by WeBuyBack. Also, was kept informed through status updates from receipt of the phone until payment was complete.

Despite the the inital issue with delivery of the return satchel (more an issue with Auspost I'm sure), the service was flawless. Was skeptical at first sending it to an unknown company but I'll happily do it again in the future.

However, after selling my first device, I realized that it has got everything that is required and the tracking process and communication for updates is excellent.
