Great communication throughout.. the engineer James was fantastic he arrived on time was professional friendly and did a first class job removing all the equipment with the minimum of fuss. We were given the price quoted and we are happy that the equipment can be reused somewhere instead of scrapped which is what we were told by stannah who installed it. Thank you ! Making the appointment was easy. The engineer turned up at the agreed time and removed the stairlift quickly . The job was very professional and hassle free.

The we buy any stairlift engineer came early and only took half an hour to remove the stairlift. I was paid and he loaded the dismantled lift into his van.

I nearly gave it away for Free I’m happy to get a little cash for the stair lift in my new home. Braden was quick polite and very helpful. Good and honest service

The ladies I liased with were very helpful and friendly. I was inthe middle of selling my mother's house and had an issue removing her chairlift.
