My experience was great. I actually sold you a car before. The first time my experience wasn’t as great, I thought the guy that helped me was kind of sleazy. But this time when I sold the 2019 Honda insight, the guy that helped me did a great job. He was very polite and didn’t make me feel pressure or obligated. We met, the deal went smooth, he offered a price I could agree with and so I sold the car. I normally don’t fill out surveys but my due to how great he was I felt I should.

Everything went as expected. I was selling what had become an extra truck because I was moving, and this was a no hassle way to do that. The process took about as long as I anticipated. The price was decent and there was no pressure involved.

The guy who worked with us, Bob, was amazingly nice, helpful, and honest. We could not have asked for a better person to be working at the time we were trying to sell the car. He answered all of our questions and was honest about everything. He's an A+ human being and I would 100% sell a car to him again.
