Our valuation process is based solely on the make, model, mileage, and overall condition of the vehicle. Customers are always invited to join the appraisal so they can see exactly what we see. In this case, during the appraisal of your 2017 Chevrolet Cruze, we identified several issues that impacted the market value:
Accident History: A front impact with another vehicle reported by police in Tampa on 3/25/2021.
Visible Damage: Poorly repaired accident damage requiring professional repairs, along with dents and scratches on multiple panels (hood, bumpers, fenders, doors, and quarter panels).
Mechanical Concerns: The check engine light was illuminated, and our OBD2 scan revealed multiple trouble codes, including:
P0172 – System Too Rich Bank 1
P1101 – Induction Air Measurement Cross-check Out of Range
P0299 – Turbocharger/Supercharger ‘A’ Underboost Condition
P0101 – Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor ‘A’ Circuit Range/Performance
Our scan also showed that trouble codes had been cleared approximately 94 miles before the appraisal, but the check engine light is clearly visible in the appraisal photographs.
