I would not recommend this person/business for website development services. I paid them to build my hair website, and unfortunately, the job was never completed as promised.

I paid for a service expecting to receive a finished, functional website, but there were still major parts of the project left incomplete. Despite paying for the work, I did not receive what I was promised, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I gave them the opportunity to complete the project, but the issues were never properly resolved. At this point, I feel that I paid for a service that I did not receive.

Please be very careful and make sure you have everything clearly documented in writing before sending payment. I would not recommend paying this person upfront without strong protections in place.

I’m leaving this review so others can be aware of my experience and make an informed decision before doing business with them.

Website builder official is one of the biggest fraud company I have ever come across. I was looking for a website builder to build my website for me, which searching on the internet, website builder official immediately contacted me and told me that they were one of the best and the only websites builder in the United States. They sound amazing by convincing me to build my website for me. I told them that I was still searching, because some of these websites builders are not really and exactly what I predicted came to pass. But they who called me sounded really optimistic and convincing that they are the best in no time I was signing up for them to build my website. The run around starting when the first person who was assigned to me couldn’t even understand what I was talking about. Every day for two weeks he and I couldn’t come to one conclusion about what I wanted for my company. When he knew he couldn’t do the job he started lying about things that preventing him from doing the job. I called that guy one week straight when he finally answered his phone he told me he lost his father two days later he had a stroke but now one knew all of this things were happening to him at his work place, because when I called to see why were he not answering me ,they told me they will contact him and get get back with me. Week later he called and told that he was sick. Here comes the second person that they assigned again to build my website after three months he came with huge promises and told me that he will be done with the website in a week. Sometimes I will called this man 4 to 5 times in a day, he will never answer his phone he will wait until almost the time for him to go home, then he will call me and give me bunch of excuses. That went on about two weeks after lying to me for so long he couldn’t come up with anything good for my website he stopped talking to me, so I decided to put a review out there immediately when he saw that review he called me and asked me to put it down so we can talk about my website through hesitation I removed the review. After removing the review two days later I realized it was the wrong decision I made by removing it, because immediately after that they all stopped picking up my calls. I have pleaded to these people to hand over my website to me and they don’t even have to complete it just hand it over I will find someone else to complete it because I need my website and paid almost two thousands dollars for everything the website and up to now I’m writing this review no one has reached out to me about my website. The took my money and tell me to kiss the behind the don’t care what I do and I won’t find them anywhere. It being 9 months since they took my money everybody blocked my number. I have evidence and proof of communication that went on between everyone that I spoke to. This just me all my business partners are coming to write a review. I paid these people 1800- eighteenth hundred dollars to build my website and they are nowhere to be found the don’t answer my phone calls or call me back. They are freud.

Paid $850 in May 2026 for a website. The website is amazing. I would suggest drafting a contract and defining your scope of work- what is included- and signing by both parties. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. We hired them to build a website and were upsold on their social media marketing package. At first, things seemed fine with our initial account manager, but within two weeks he left the company and everything immediately went downhill.

From that point forward our account was passed between multiple people, communication became extremely poor, and it was clear there was no organization or accountability. To make matters worse, every time I emailed detailed changes for the website, they were completely overlooked or ignored. I constantly had to repeat the same requests because it felt like no one actually read or understood the feedback the first time. This dragged out the entire website process far longer than it should have.

The social media package was even worse. We were told the package included two posts per week, yet over the course of an entire month we received only two posts total. That is nowhere close to what was promised or what we paid for.

The CEO was also supposed to personally contact me to resolve the situation, which never happened. After attempting to call multiple times, it now appears my number may have been blocked. For a company that sells marketing services, the lack of professionalism and communication is shocking.

They failed to deliver the services they sold and still owe us money for work that was never completed. At this point the experience feels less like poor service and more like a company that takes clients’ money and fails to follow through.

If you are considering working with this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with broken promises, poor communication, and an incredibly frustrating experience.

They seemed responsive at first, and I picked a format that could work. Then I gave them specific/actual info/images/guidance to personalize/load the website draft. They incorporated "maybe" 15% of what I asked and kept coming back after my inputs, very slowly, with no improvements. We are now more than three weeks in, and I am nowhere close to what was asked...and it was reasonable and clearly specified. Wasted money. BTW, despite what they say, I responded to EVERY email they sent, regardless of the individual sending it. I just kept getting the same, way-unfinished-draft time after time, and I gave them that feedback EVERY time. Frustrating!
