First, I want to explain why I only gave four stars: my project took much longer than I had anticipated. Some of the delay was on my end, but part of it was also due to how busy the team was. At times, I worked with different people and had to re-explain my ideas more than once, which was frustrating. However, once Jessica was assigned to my project, everything improved significantly. She went above and beyond, even putting in overtime, and remained consistent, attentive, and determined to make sure I was satisfied with the final result. Jessica is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I truly appreciated her dedication and would gladly work with her again.

Alex asked what our logo needed to say before he sketched a single thing. Not what we wanted it to look like. Went through four rounds, each one closer, until one just felt right the moment we saw it. Still catches people's eye on business cards which is more than the old one ever did.
