I am having a lot of issues including inability to login using my Intuit credentials. It is VERY difficult to get help with these guys. They are in a different part of the world and cannot provide basic help during normal hours. I cannot recommend
We have been using Webgility for almost 15 years. Sync’s all our marketplace and websites inventory, pricing and orders. It’s the backbone of our entire enterprise. Great support. Works well with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, BigCommerce and our Shopify stores. We use it to sync 16 different sales channels to our Quickbooks data.
Waste of time. Spent 2 months working with them to integrate between Amazon and our ERP and they couldn't make it work. But when we tried to cancel, they claimed a 30-day refund period and wouldn't budge. So they basically stole our money and we got nothing out of the deal. Save your money and find another integration partner.
I would leave a zero reveiw if I could. Please not that if you cancel this subscription service which they do not give you advanced notice that your subscription is to expire, they will not refund your money. I will never use or recommend this company ever again as the CEO of a Bookkeeping company I find their business practices apalling. They are extremely expensive, no customer service and horrible business practices.
This product and company are AMAZING!!! Integrating multiple market place sales, inventory, pricing and more all in one place. Has given me back my life instead of tons of data entry trying to keep the books in balance. So thankful for this product. The Support Team is amazing!!! They are awesome and will get your issue resolved. The staff stays with you and also gets back to you if it cannot be resolved right away. One note because they have such amazing support staff please be patient. They will come back to you and get your needs taken care of. I sell through 3 major market places and my own website. QB enterprise is my record keeping and each market place has its own inventory. Webgility manages to keep everything on track. From On boarding over a year ago to today I cannot say enough good things about this company. Sami and team thank you so much for all the support
