The UI is easy to use. The facilities are great. The signup deal is great, and I can reduce/increase the server capacity as I need. Docs are brilliant and well laid out for first-time VPS users.

Awesome support and VPS - just absolute W
Yet again, I'm so happy that Jose helped me with some VPS issues I didn't figure out myself.
He was quick to find the solution and solved it in less than a minute. Honestly faster than other support I've seen yet. Very polite and took responses calmly.
Also, the VPS's performance might look suspicious due to just 2.15 euro for 1 vCPU, 2GB RAM, 15 GB SSD ad 1GB network speed, but it's overkill in my own work.
Thank you again, Webdock for your incredible performance and staff members!

It's good to doubt
It's good to doubt, but it's better to give it a try.
Even though it was an unmanaged VPS, I was still given full support and attention as if it were a managed server.
They even helped me install the control panel of my choice, I mean, zero setup fee, no hidden charges.
For customer care?
In fact, he turned my brother; he's always available to help. Request Jose anytime, any day, he's always active.

Poor Customer Support and Missing Features
I think Webdock’s server performance is good on their VPS, and they offer some of the best pricing plans for beginner developers. It's also super cheap. However, I found some issues: the customer support is very poor and unprofessional. It took almost half a day for them to respond to a live support request. In the VPS section, they lack some necessary features, like the ability to change the reverse DNS directly and to monitor live server conditions. While the dashboard color theme is nice, the layout is not professionally designed.

We pride ourselves in our customer support and we have near 24/7 coverage. Our team is small however so we have one guy at a time (typically) on shift and people need a break once in a while :D WIth that said, our team checked and the response time for you was about 2 hours (if we found the right convo, we are not sure). This is of course pretty long time if it was an emergency you were dealing with but it looks like your request was not of a critical nature - please let us know if we are wrong here and shoot us a message so we know what convo we are dealing with there. Anyway, with all that said if its really true you waited half a day, something went wrong and we need to check this.
As to reverse DNS: This is possible on the Server Identity screen directly. We will check with the UX/frontend team if this can be made clearer as this feature is indeed available directly.
I will also forward your opinion on the dash to our unprofessional frontend team - haha :D - Of course your opinion here is subjective and that is totally fine - it would be awesome if you could tell us what you felt was not professionally designed enough. WIth that said, the team is releasing a revamp of our dash soon, which is looking really cool.

I've only been using Webdock for a short time, but so far the experience has been excellent. The server runs fast, setup was very easy, and the pricing is really affordable compared to other VPS providers.
I also want to highlight their customer support — they responded to my questions quickly and kindly. If everything keeps working this well, it’ll definitely become my go-to VPS service.
For now, I'm very happy and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and efficient VPS.
