Customer Service is extremely poor, they are very rude. I got 2 days delayed with VPS payment, and they deleted my whole data. And when I contacted the service they were extremely rude, and said this is what we provide in this cost.

This is a fraud and fake website, after payment and KYC neither VPS server hosting is not provided nor any reply is being given on the ticket for the last 10 days.

I recently purchased a VPS from WebDedis, and initially faced some SSH and connectivity issues. I contacted their support team, and I must say the experience was very good.

Their technical team followed up properly, checked the server from their side, fixed the issue, and kept me informed throughout the process. After resolution, the VPS is now working perfectly — SSH access is stable, performance is smooth, and everything is running as expected.

What I really liked:

Please be aware webdedis.com does not allow access and management from VPS from outside of India, they block connection from global IP addresses. Their service only allows people to connect from India. This is not a company providing Global services, but only provides services to Indian customers and users. This is what they said when a support ticket was opened with them. Can’t understand the logic behind this as I have completed their KYC requirement and provided my Indian address.

There vps are fast without a downtime my application performance faster from the day I moved to Webdedis. Prices are very affordable thanks to there support team and specially to Ajit

Terrible Customer Service & Suspicious KYC Practices

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wededis.com. I purchased a VPS from them, and even after more than a week, my order is still pending. Their customer support is incredibly slow and clearly inexperienced—getting help or updates feels impossible.

The biggest red flag is their KYC (Know Your Customer) process. It’s overly complicated and requires an unreasonable amount of personal information. What’s worse is they don’t mention this before charging you. Only after they take your payment do they ask for all these documents—and if you refuse, they won’t activate your service and won’t offer a refund. This feels extremely unethical and possibly scammy.

Their website also lacks transparency, offering very little information about the company itself, yet they expect full identification from clients. This is a huge trust issue.

I strongly do not recommend using this service. There are far more reliable and transparent hosting providers out there. Proceed with caution.
