TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased some items. I wish to return one of the items I purchased still within the 30 day window. Instead of trying to work with me I was told my request to return was denied. Because my order was outside of the 30 day window. However it took almost 10 days for me to receive these items. How does one know if they want to keep or return something when they never received it yet. Insanely enough inside the return policy it states and I quote "Inspect your order immediately upon arrival"

The hat never arrived and I emailed multiple times with no response. After 6 weeks I got an email reply saying that the carrier is responsible and not them. And they haven't even given me the carrier details, emailed for it multiple times. No responsibility taken. Very disappointed.

Have ordered in the past and the products seemed to be nice. Recent order labeled in stock received tracking almost immediately but 11 days later email says specific item stuck in customs. I found it to be deceptive that an in stock item wasn’t even in the country yet. I asked for order to be cancelled and refunded and all the sudden I get no emails back but the owner sends me a barrage of text messages to my personal phone essentially blaming me for his problem of items not actually being available. I was at work and politely asked him to stop but he continued to send multiple messages stating others were being patient with their orders. I found that to be extremely rude messaging me like that. In my opinion he has no self control to be texting me while at work even after I asked him to please stop. This was absolutely out of line by Dylan Webb.

I orderd my first order in Juli 2024 and was really happy with the fabric and quality in the caps. Also the fit on my head felt really good. The oderd 2 caps lastet almost 2 years and now I orderd a second batch.
Unfortunately I had to note that the fabric (the mesh) on the backside has changed. Its softer and doesn't hold its form like it used to in the first caps. Also I feel like the caps changed in size? The caps in the first order i had clipped 4 holes in the band on the back of the head. With the new caps I have to clip to only two holes... My head didn't change size and I have the same haircut. So the caps definitely shrunk in size. Maybe to save material in the fabricing process.

Sadly I don't think I am going to purchase another cap from Webb Western.

Ordered two hats but only received one. Not a big deal I thought. Just contact them and they should figure it out.

They never responded. Tried contacting them by customer support Email and their socials. But nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
