Our company paid approximately ₹2,00,000 for export-related services that were promised by them. However, after payment we experienced multiple serious issues, including:
• False commitments regarding services
• Misrepresentation of government-related certificates and approvals
• Certificates that later appeared questionable / unverifiable
• Fake Buyer Given, Repeated excuses and delays
• Their numbers inactive during the dispute
• Contact numbers being changed multiple times (5–7 numbers)
• Many of their numbers now unreachable
Because of these issues, we have already taken formal legal steps:
✔ Cyber Crime Complaint Filed, They Hold Their Multiple Accounts
✔ National Cyber Helpline Complaint Registered
✔ Consumer Case Filed through the e-Jagriti Portal
We have also collected documentary evidence, including payment records from PayPal and communication related to SGS CSTC verification, which have been submitted as part of our complaint.
At this stage the matter is under legal process, and we are sharing our experience to ensure that other exporters do not face similar problems.
