If you opt for the "One Month" payment option, they might charge you a full year in Paypal. A little concerning at the paypal checkout you do not see the amount about to be charged, which makes their transaction slip through easier. There is also no transparency on the currency unit being charged, which meant I was not being charged local dollars as I had expected. Collectively this leaves for negative customer experience. I have to give the administrator a heads up however, for at least rectifying the problem within an hour of my initial email to lodge my grievance. Admittedly the product is quite good but at the end of the day as a software or app developer wouldn't it be better to focus on customer satisfaction?

Not sure how or why I got into their membership system, but they were unresponsive to cancellation and I had to go file a complaint through my credit card. I know I installed the app for a trial but certainly did not sign up for anything... :-(

This app used to be quite good for transferring files and mirroring notifications, etc. Over time though, it has become apparent it has had massive security flaws and the company has not been honest about them until outed online. Also recently, the bugs are becoming ridiculous.

My most recent experience is that it won't allow me to access the SD card on my phone, despite telling the app the location of the card in the filesystem and it showing my files there, the desktop app refuses to access it telling me I must tell the app where the card is. It is not possible to reset where the location is.

After repeatedly getting frustrated with it, I decided to uninstall it at which point I discovered I couldn't. Repeated force-closing and attempting to uninstall with multiple reboots didn't help. Eventually I did manage to uninstall it.

I paid for a premium subscription and as I have over 200 days left on it, I asked for a refund, even just the outstanding amount. I was told by their "support" that they couldn't do that and kept just asking me to try various things to make it work, send them log files etc. That I would consider fair if it wasn't for the fact that the software is constantly buggy and the huge security flaws that have been discovered that the company attempts to cover up.

These guys are cowboys. Avoid the app and don't give the company your money. It's been a while since I came across such an incompetent and untrustworthy company - aside from the usual villainous corporations of course!

Honestly this website and app used to be really bad, so many disconnections and the interface was just a little bland. I started using this software a little under a year ago and I wasn't using it much simply because it wouldn't stay connected. Whatever they did though to update this site has worked perfectly though because it runs so well on my computer now. I never get disconnected, the interface looks amazing and super clean, everything just looks and works so well now. I am so impressed with this site and I have recommended it to all of my friends. Well done
