The customer service is beyond expectations, during my latest visit we met Pooja, a very courteous and sweet natured very professional lady, she helped us to buy 2 suits 2 dupatts 1 saree, since we arrived in the store a little bit before closing time she kept the store open for us she said we can take our time and not to worry about closing times. I got a blouse stitched and it was amazing how she took detailed measurements she also called the tailor to make sure we can get our clothes before we leave for London. She was so polite and unassuming, it was
like a breath of fresh air. She knew everything about each and every product.I congratulate you for hiring and training such amazing staff, Pooja is an asset to your organisation as she shows what Indian service is like. I recently purchased custom items from this team. I live in USA. The team did not make us aware of their shipping policies and penalties that we have to pay in customs. Shipment was very slow and late, and we paid more in customs than actual items purchased.
Be careful and ask questions.
