Exceptional customer care and great product

Lovely product and exactly as described.
Great service, delivery and communication.
Exceptional customer service. When I damaged the product when calibrating it the company shipped me a new part free of charge

This company went far beyond the usual call of duty for me.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant! Very helpful and helpful. I highly recommend them if your interested in barometers etc these are the people to go too.

Beware

Beware ! I ordered a banjo thermometer set it per instructions it did not work so I contacted them by email they instructed me to do what the instructions told me to do I I contacted them again to be told to leave it another 3 weeks (no way) i returned the product now they say they are testing it before I get a refund I have been waiting a week for refund I have obtained legal advice ! Don’t trust this company !!!!
