Koala Accounting Arvostelua

Excellent team, very helpful no matter what time of the day you contact them.

Easy and if there’s a problem they sort it within minutes.

Fantastic team of accountants. Always on hand to answer my numerous questions and fixing the mistakes I make with free Agent. Definitely recommend.

I've used Koala for almost 2 years. Everything I've asked for they have helped me with, whether general advice about my company and tax issues, or with completing my accounts submissions and tax returns.
The only downside was initially I thought they would be a little more proactive than they are. In a nutshell, if you ask, they will do, and do it well and generally efficiently and professionally, but without a request, nothing happens.

Always great service from the staff at Koala. They take care of all my accounting needs and ensure all my returns are completed on schedule. Highly recommend.

They setup my business and banking, no hassle at all. quick to reply to any queries and helpful if unsure of anything. I am delighted with the service provided and highly recommend

I was recommended to use Koala shortly after I started working for Amazon as a self employed driver a couple of years ago. They are very professional in everything they do and always promptly reply to any questions I have. I’ve since moved jobs but have stayed with Koala for my accounts.

Being self employed Koala was recommended. From day one they helped me set up my business bank,VAT and much more. They are very helpful giving advice keeping my TAX VAT etc low. I'm really happy with the service I get and would recommend to anyone

Quick efficient and right for every business👌👍

Was great during setup however when I needed things to be changed they updated the wrong information and then topped replying to emails

Really top class company really helpful and explain everything in laymen terms

Because they help you very fast

Great app and service. Easy to use. Thank you

Been good so far but need to reply to emails I always have to phone to find out stuff, but other then that good.

Took 3 weeks to set up my free agent then took 4 weeks to pay me

All the associates I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable in the past 16 months.
They are always reachable if a question arises, which I had many of.
I personally received help with Incorporation, becoming VAT registered, Self Assessment and many other things.
Can only recommend, these guys are awesome!

Very reliable service contact made easy always available!

Highly recommended!
