I placed a pre-order on their website on September 27, 2024. Not only was my order canceled on November 20 of that same year, but I also received absolutely no notification that the order was canceled and absolutely no refund. I have never seen an order not be refunded after it has been canceled. I was not even given an explanation why the order was canceled. I contacted their customer support and was asked to provide basic info (what items were canceled and the value amount). I promptly provided the information as well as giving the order number and PayPal transaction details. Apparently I was transfered to another representative because I received a separate email from an account specialist. The representative "Greta", simply apologized for the issue with my order and told me "will of course arrange a full refund for you. Unfortunately we can't refund via PayPal and will need to arrange a bank transfer to you from our Wise account. Can you provide me with a few details and I'll get that processed for you asap", without even explaining why I could not be refunded through PayPal. I paid through PayPal so naturally I am supposed to be refunded through PayPal. They attached a screenshot of an unknown page asking for the recipient's bank details, which would include my bank account number and my routing number. For obvious reasons, I am not going to be providing my personal banking information. Needless to say, I asked them why I couldn't be refunded via PayPal since that's what I originally paid through, and I never received a response. It's been days now. They were initially very responsive. Goes without saying I have been scammed and will possibly have to report this crime to their local authorities, report this to PayPal, as well as find ways to get my funds back. I only possibly lost $785, which is not a big loss to me and will be worth it if I can help spread awareness and prevent others from making large pre-order payments and getting scammed the same way I did. Their products are good, but it is NOT safe to purchase from the official websites.

UPDATE: Will have to file a claim to recover the funds, explore other methods if I'm unable to. Will also have to report this company to the UK authorities, and other regulatory bodies if I am not refunded. Stealing people's money is a crime.

**Avoid at All Costs!**

In July, I placed a pre-order but it was repeatedly delayed. I subsequently canceled the order and requested a refund. However, the company denied the refund, citing a technical issue with my account. Despite providing my bank details for the refund over a week ago, I have not received any response. It appears that the company has effectively stolen my money.

I strongly advise you to avoid this company and shop elsewhere. You will likely be satisfied with your decision.
