We had a horrendous experience with Clarity. They should consider a name change as they provided no clarity throughout the process.

Clarity's incompetence meant that a deadline was missed and left us unable to continue with the remortgage of our property. The level of service provided was awful, staff were very rude, they wouldn't provide us with any updates during the process, and then still had the cheek to try and charge us for a service they haven't even provided!

Go elsewhere, there are much better companies around.

Clarity were very professional and prompt with the dealings we had concerning our house sale.
All went through very smoothly.

This is this the second time I have used Clarity for moving home. Clarice and Bianca were organised, highly communicative and committed to making sure my complex house move went smoothly and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate is using Clarity in the future and highly recommend their services.

Clarity have just negotiated our house sale and purchase. These were complicated by an issue around mental capacity as well as the normal ups and downs of a major house move.
For the normal ups and downs they had a reliable system in place which meant it was always possible to talk to someone when it was needed. The capacity issue was tackled in a reassuringly open and frank way which was both professional but empathic.
Overall, in my view, the team we worked with came across as committed and professional. We were kept informed and care was taken with every detail. A nerve wracking time but at least it felt as though we were in safe hands on the legal side.

Clarity made my experience as a first time buyer, stress-free. The quote and time scale provided in the beginning was reliable. After receiving my mortgage offer, we took just under 3 weeks to complete. Thank you to Clarice and Joanne for replying quickly to any questions I had from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

We have recently completed on a house purchase and the team at clarity have been absolutely amazing, the top of the chain sprung upon us a very quick completion date. I received excellent service from Joanne Bailey and her team. Everyone I communicated with at Clarity MK were friendly and efficient. The process was swift with good communication and will definitely use their services again.

We used Clarity for our sale and subsequent purchase of a new build property. Questions from our buyer’s solicitors were sent over to us with no recommendation of response or comment. I would expect a conveyancer acting on our behalf to give us some guidance on some quite complicated questions but they relied on us entirely to word the response back to the buyer’s solicitors.
With regards to our purchase; on completion day no one from Clarity contacted us to advise that we had completed. The first we knew that we had completed was from David Wilson asking when we wanted to collect our keys.
Overall this was an extremely poor experience. Selling and buying a house is extremely stressful even with a good conveyancer, so to have one of such poor quality made the whole process unbearable at times.
