AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST
Very rude agents, they are only good and prompt during the move in process but once youre in, it is difficult for them to send maintenance for their rotting houses.
Even the maintenance man who came to my room said that they are notorious for not paying and they even have to cancel their account
Booked a viewing 3 days in advance to be held on Friday at 12:30 pm. Travelled from London to Cambridge for the viewing, and at 12:37 pm, I received an email from the property manager with a 'car broke down' excuse.
Very unprofessional and do not recommend to anyone.

Suppose I can give this letting agency 0 stars. I would. At first, they seem very nice, but once you sign a contract with them, they suddenly become very rude and passive-aggressive in their email communications. When you need something fixed in your room or communal area, they always find an excuse not to fix the problem, and they take a long time to get anything fixed. The room was not cleaned, the refrigerator was very dirty, and I had to clean it myself, despite claiming that they cleaned the property prior to me moving in. And they kept saying "it's a new property!"
They find silly excuses to deduct a significant sum from your deposit. For example, trying to charge £60 for cleaning fees because the vent in the bathroom was not cleaned is just horrendous. Overall, my experience with them was very poor. Rent with them at your own risk.
Just some feedback for this letting agency, check the quality of work done by your contractors, because a newly refurbished property does not always mean it is in good shape. You also need to work on your communication team; threatening people that they would lose their deposit when they have not damaged your property is a very bad look for you.
