WARNING: weareanimecollectors isnt the actual studio, but a 3rd party managing orders outside of china. There also seems to be basically zero actual communication between the studio and wereanimecollectors. The customer service has zero knowledge about release dates, restocks and such. Its pointless to ask anything. They use backhanded tactics to dodge refunds and responsibility. Whenever something goes wrong, they will blame the studio and not take accountibility. You cannost trust their officialy announced relesae dates and basically most information given by them. If the actual chinese studio creating the figures moves back release dates or cancels orders, they will not inform you, refuse refunds and try to keep the payment while not delivering a thing. They trick you into missunderstandings. They tried to trick me into accepting a order cancellation without a refund. I was forced to make a paypal case, which i luckily won. Do not buy there without solid customer protection like from paypal. Make screenshots of everything in case you need to open a case. But seriously if you do not need to, just dont buy from this site. It seems to be hit or miss, and the customer service is a joke

So, fun story, at some point I was watching a youtube video from a figure collector where a discount code for this shop got offered. I got curious to check what is this about. And while browsing the catalog a particular figure preorder captured my interest. So I decided to risk it and try that. I registered, used the code and ordered a figure. That was in October of 2023. The expected release date of summer 2024. Well, summer 2024 have passed with no figure in sight. I've been debating myself, should I complain? Should I request a refund? Too lazy, too unpleasant of a task, I did neither. A few months later, now a year after the order, I remembered about that again, but the idea of wasting more of anything of mine on this was very unnapealing, so I chose to write that off as a scam and forgot about that. Imagine my shock when in November of 2025, full two years after my order being placed, me getting an email with the image of a box(with a manufacturer logo) and a request to pay for delivery. A pricy one. I thought to myself - damn, if that is a scam, it's genious. So I payed. The order did get updated on the site. A month have passed, I recalled about this again, checked the status and found out that the figure is shipped with DHL, has a legit and trackable ID and is already not too far from my country. Today(December) I have recieved the package. The figure is simple but well-done, intact, measurement-wise corresponds to the declared scale. The only thing that is a bit off is that comparing to a promo image, the actual figure's legs appear to be quite a bit longer, but my overall satisfaction with what i've got is high. I am happy to have this. So I am giving 4 stars here, since technically I got what I ordered. If the company had better commucation on what's going on with the open orders that would've been a 5. But no updates for two years is a bit rough.

My partner ordered me the Darkmoon Greatsword from Panda studios from their website as a christmas gift. we were told its gonna be 2 months until it arrives.
I received it half a year later on august and all they provided for tracking was a chinese website where the translate didnt work propperly so i'd have translations like ''ships have been launched into the seas'' if i even got any translation at all.
All the operator did after i kept pressuring them was say ''dont worry too much we'll keep pushing'' after doing absolutely nothing. how do i know they did nothing?
well after i figured out the number of the shipping company i gave them 1 call and suddenly my package was with ups within a week while they were unable to do shit for over 4 months.

nontheless it arrived. and to my supprise BROKEN my product was cut clean in half and is undisplayable
they offered me a replacement to which i said that is not an option cuz im not going through this again

I told them to provide me with a way of fixing this and filed a claim to get 20% of my shipping back and i also filed to get money back for the actual product.

overall my experience has been bad
all operator kept doing was to say ''dont worry abt it''
and questions like ''where do i find my insurance number'' were blatenly ignored when i wanted to report my damages.
im still waiting for my getback from their supposed ''manager'' but i am less than happy

I received their Maliketh Black Blade – it took about three months to arrive in Denmark, but I was able to track it throughout the process with the information I was provided. I'm truly impressed and very happy with the product. The quality is excellent, and I have to give them huge praise for the way it was shipped. Everything was carefully and thoughtfully packaged, with custom-cut foam shaped to fit the sword. Overall, a really great experience from my side – highly recommended!

Is trustworth website, we had orders 30+ orders from them. If I have question, send email to them and usually get feedback in 12 hours.

Some of orders had been cancelled production, they provide refund instead.

It's coming close to three years since I've ordered from them. The statue was set to release in October 2022. Date got pushed back and I was never told. Kept trying to chase them with emails for almost the next three years and they've still been unable to tell me about my statue. Now waiting until after February of 2025 to chase them again about my statue and if shipping is coming anytime soon. This same statue is also on Crunchyroll and has obviously been released where on weareanimecollectors it still says presale...

I ordered a figure from the company in October 2023, did not receive any updates from them for a year. I chased in August and was told it still wasn't released. Then in October they posted on their Facebook that it was released, but I did not receive any shipping email. I chased them again a few days ago and was told they emailed me in October and it probably went into spam. Checked my spam, junk and deleted - nothing. The email it came from had a lot of Chinese characters, so more than likely got picked up by phishing detection. I asked them to resend the email and only then did they decide to tell me my figure is no longer available. Oh, and that I will not be getting a full refund due to their refunds policy. Awful service, told to wait a year but they couldn't hold my pre-ordered figure for more than a month.

Bought a pre-purchase item over a year ago and I still haven't gotten ANY updates on my order. It's been so long that it's gone 404 on their site. I feel scammed.
