Used to be great, little bit of a wait for pay out but not too bad. Gone down hill now though. I have 6 payments still pending, the earliest from September 21st, nearly 4 months ago now! Hopefully they fix the issues as it was a great little app.

It's been over 2 months and my PayPal payout request is still pending 🤔 I contacted the team but they still didn't send my payout

They don’t seem to be paying despite asking them for months by email and I mean months it’s been more than 3. There’s no other way to contact them. It was a good way to earn a little bit of money. And it is a little bit of money very little money which they can’t seem to pay out or even answer their emails.

So sad to see this app go down the hill.
I had made a lot of money and had reffered so many friends to it .
Since October no payments are being processed. They stopped answering emails and payments pending for 2 month lost around 10£ ....shame was such a great concept by Zoe and would have liked it to survive and foster as it could have reshaped the future of apps.

Shame about this app. Have been a long time user with no payout issues prior. I have a pending pay out from mid Oct 25 and customer services has emailed me apologising for the delay but unable to give a time frame for payout. Im writing off this app and any payout is now considered a bonus

This was a fabby app I have used it since day 1 but now im not getting the payouts that I worked hard to get
Dont think in gonna see the money ive earned and I still keep doing the adverts.

Used to be good. Don't answer emails, dont pay out. Edit out critical comments.

Did a withdrawal 3 months ago, been waiting since. Contacted support twice, nothing concrete has been said. They should just stop promising payments if they won't payout.

As others have said, if started really well a few years ago with regular ads and quick payouts. Now the ads have dried up to the same one each day.
Paypal payouts have not been working since August and support tell me they will have a timeline for resolution at the end of December. Very slow support replies give me no confidence, feels like they have a cash flow issue that they are hiding. Really hope they are still make their payments to charities but if they are not able to pay customers how do we know they are paying the charities?

What the hell is going on with this company. I have 3 outstanding payments due. Been waiting over 2 months for one of them to pay out and still no joy.
If they dont pay me soon I think I will report them to OFFCOM.

Am still waiting on a payout from June and another one from sept, so annoying and probably won't ever get the money, contacted support - not much use to be honest - not holding out much hope for these 2 payments

I was wrong!! As are many others. I waited a long time for a pay out. Way longer than normal and I felt that it was all doomed, but….. I’ve been paid all what I was owed and now back to square one. Clearly the business has had a bit of a hiccup but seems to be sorting all of it out so I suggest everyone support the company and trust it will work. Yes, in an idea world, more honestly would have worked best but the end result is most important and payments are now working again. Keep the faith folks

I used love this app never had problem till now cashed out on 5th nov still waiting to get it as still pending i email them said money was safe that they haveing problems i dought im guna see this payment after lookung at all reviews took me months save thst up too very disapointed site gone this way.

I worked hard building an advert pot of mobey for when i urgently needed it. I requested it and am still waiting for the money to come after weeks of waiting. Paypal also charged me £1.50 for the delight of being forced to use them.
Its a great idea and i have told friends to register, but things could be alot slicker for payouts and cheeper.

Have been waiting for a payout since August. Previous pay outs would complete within a month. Have contacted them twice got generic reply first time, no reply second time. If they are getting funds from advertisers they must just be keeping it as plenty other reviews on here with same issue

Total con. Waiting 2 months for a pay out. Absolutely a joke. Avoid at all costs

For some reason weare8 has stop paying out ive got payment from August 27 & 2 more from October still showing as pending on my PayPal use to have no problems but if I give to charity that goes straight away apparently

I’ve been asking about 3 pending payments due into my PayPal account one of them is 3 months old now
I’ve had no reply from Facebook messenger and no reply from the form I submitted on the website
If I’m not going to ever get paid I won’t bother continuing to check twice a day for adverts I’ll use my time for other endeavours
Will I get a response here to my query??? How much longer is it going to be before the £15 I have generated is paid into my PayPal?

Like many, have experienced non-payment. I now have real concerns that charities are not getting paid either. Have now passed on full details to Ofcom to investigate here in the UK.

I used to like this app was fun and you could earn a little bit ,but now there is not many adverts and they do not pay out i waited several months nothing I feel sad in a way that a company cant be honest and tell whats wrong.
If they cant pay out they should tell you .
I must say I'm very disappointed
