You are a perfect guidance to any possible negotiation deals and very good for your clue to my mindset shall upgrade in my deal strategies, and to find a more flexible way to earn more in possibility - find an opportunity to flipping deal.

In sub-sale real estate in commercials & lands for 5 years. I resigned from developer company 5 years ago, the reason is because wanted to be time freedom, and for more monies to find in possible and invest in property if there's fast earning high commission in any possible deal.

I always find a motivated seller with their reasons to sell fast yes and the timing actually came during within the covid years, Malaysian all stucked at home. And that time i received calls from my current listing of owners & sellers. Yes, I got chances to helping a lot of shop owners to sell off their commercial with my cash buyers investor on hand, in my ready waiting list. l got chances to handle a lot of bulk purchase in that critical timing to grab what they desired during the worst market timing. but the time owners are seriously weak and emotional yes. That's my 1st time so speed and extremely fast to close all the front deals just through phone & by online signing in trusted.

I believed in the deal timing, and what is call opportunity. when the times come, the deal just in front of me, negotiate, yes the negotiation and communication involved '3F', close it fast without delay, signed, got it.

And during that time, i got opportunity to take over a commercial unit by rm75k nett, because of fast deal and urgent, i got no time to consider loan, i did cash buy, minus out the necessary expenses from my commission earned, legal cost & mot nett. Bank Value conservative is rm450k. I'm satisfied in heart. Now tenanted.

When i heard about flipping deal, is consider my upgrade to attracting me yes, how to go wit it, if i got this for my coming owners & sellers, i may be is the buyer or just handle with other new strategies as Mr Vincent info shared... but actually just simple example of the formulae been open mindset yes, but really need to real practice in deal with chances only will know into it by experience... fantastic and can see monies, to find a satisfaction as deal maker.

For this 2 days, is like a basic foundation. But is enjoy for the listening.

Mind blowing content & great chance to learn from Vincent Wong.

Admittedly, there is a lot to take in over the course of two days, particularly as someone who is new to this industry. The trade is composed of so many different elements, making it quite difficult to understand in such a short time span. I am unsure whether I am suited for this. However, I believe that with more training and 1-1 discussions with the team, I can develop my understanding and skillset.

One of the best classes that I have ever attend! Lots of knowledge, information, and good stuffs. I like how Vincent always allow people to ask him directly during the class (even though I did not ask any questions through mic) but I truly truly enjoyed the entire class. I also like how it is not a class that spends a lot of time promoting an upgrade or other things, most of the time is on real good stuffs. Thanks for the lesson and the knowledge. It is very mind opening.

The 2 days seminar was a mind blowing and eye opening for me. Before joining this seminar, I only know if I want to acquire a unit of property the only way is through applying bank loan and live in thrifty life style for years in order to accumulate sufficient cash to purchase the property.
