Too good to be true!
We did not expect our investment acquisition, build or refinancing to go this smoothly - Wealth Hub made it absolutely painless (for us anyway!).
Such exceptional customer support (we aren't very well versed in the workings of finance) they have been awesome educators alongside doing all the leg the work to get our investment property sorted, then helping us refinance for additional funds in a surprisingly tight turnaround.

Very odd interaction with Wealth Hub!
Had a very odd interaction with Wealth hub.
Had a couple of phone calls to check details etc. When I mentioned my wife's employment being as a mortgage broker, they went very sheepish and called it quits. Literally, within the same phone call they were super keen to help then as soon as I mentioned this they pretty much said after further assessment, they couldn't assist us any further. When I questioned this they couldnt give a solid answer, I called and questioned the management team and they said something along the lines of - "oh apologies, that was one of our new employees in W.A., he didn't really deal with this correctly and we need to train him up further, we will call you back in a few months to discuss further." Of course, they never followed up and I am still baffled as to how this was a response to my concern of them essentially ghosting us when finding out my wife is a Mortgage broker. Seems all a bit dodgy..

I am only upset I hadn't found Wealth Hub sooner. Our finances were all over the shop, we knew we should be doing "something" but had no idea. The team were fantastic taking us through our options, but really shone throughout the whole mortgage/refinance application and settlement process. Jodi held our hand day in day out and I am eternally grateful, she made the confusion makes sense and was available all the time to take panic calls. Now we have done this stage we are looking forward to a structured financial future with more input from other branches of the Wealth Hub team.

Excellent service from the wealth hub…
Excellent service from the wealth hub crew in obtaining an investment property. Multiple properties to choose from and any questions were swiftly answered with a quick phone call. All finance and legal requirements were organised and easily handled through there the doco sign system. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to obtain a property.

We really appreciated the communication and access to information you provided us with. Being able to ask questions or clarify things that had already been communicated was very helpful and made the whole process easy and low stress. This has been a huge step in our financial journey and having the assistance of all the staff we have been in contact with has been wonderful. One thing we really enjoyed about working with Wealth Hub, aside from the wonderful customer service, is the time that everyone has taken to provide us with education and sitting down with Chris and the team to show us exactly what our options were and how it was going to benefit us in the long term. This helped us to be able to make decisions about what was going to work best for our family.
There were times where things were delayed more than we expected such as settling on new loans for the new build but I think that was more due to our lack of experience in the process. We were kept up to date on everything and I couldn't fault the team. I don't believe we have much constructive feedback, the team was great to deal with. Hoping that setting all of this up will be the start of setting up a great financial position for the future.
We would highly recommend Wealth Hub to family and friends and have already spoken to some friends about it recently.
