Excellent sales assistance service
Excellent sales assistance service. I had had the worst 48 hrs in the communication and lack of transparency with trades and suppliers. Your sales assistance was kind and generous in helping me find a solution. Thank you

Happy with product and service prior to…
Happy with product and service prior to delivery. You need to be more upfront about how these are delivered, my wife had to carry 63 32kg boxes of tiles to the back of our house even though access is very easy she was told by the delivery guy he couldn't assist taking them through. He didn't have the equipment needed to make this task any easier ie pallet jack. Having had tiles from others delivered before this was never a problem. Very disappointed in this part of the service seeing my wife did all the work as well as paying for it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear you were satisfied with the product and service up until the delivery. We aim to maintain transparency in our delivery process, and it seems we fell short of setting the right expectations this time.
Regarding the delivery, our standard practice typically involves curbside delivery, and any further assistance is subject to the driver's discretion and available equipment. We understand this was not ideal, especially considering your previous experiences with tile deliveries.
We take note of your disappointment and will use this feedback to review our delivery practices and communication. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Easy
Easy, fast purchase and collection, awesome quality too, happy with purchase, definitely use again!
