Některé vosky se nerozpouštějí a tvoří hrudky. Nejdřív se s vámi hádají a zkouší to uhrát na špatné použití. Přestože jsem jim zaslala fotku, kde jsem rozehřála všechny vzorky najednou a stalo se to jen u některých a opakovaně. Poté zkouší nesprávné skladování a když ani to není na vině. Protože všechny vosky byly skladovány stejně v ideálním prostředí, tak jako poslední věc napíši že na stránkách mají na reklamaci jen 14 dnů a zašlou mi slevový kód. Abych si mohla koupit více vadných vosků.

My client service experience with the company is just terrible! The lid of the wax warmer was broken when I received it. Their solution was sending me a wax product as a compensation because they didn’t have a spare lid. Not a word was said about returning the product and sending a new one. Eventually they proposed this option (also mentioning that this was going to take a long time) but I had to pay the return costs. Apparently it was impossible to pay it themselves. They also did not propose to offer a free wax product to compensate the return cost. At some point they were even implying that I damaged the lid as there was a delay between delivery of the product and my complaint. I have never experienced this before!

The Cherry Glow Box was an amazing deal in the autumn sale, and the sugar body scrubs were a highlight.

I never got my package and I order it over 3 weeks ago.

The wax with cherry blossom aroma smells amazing and is super kind to my skin. I prefer using it for delicate areas.

Since I have sensitive skin, I was cautious. The sea mud wax for the whole body is very well tolerated, and I had no irritation or redness at all.

I got the WaXx Box Pink Touch because I wanted both facial and intimate area wax in one package. The hair growth-inhibiting lotion is effective.

With the Limited Cherry Blossom Box, I got everything I needed. The wax warmer works perfectly, and the oil as a gift was a nice extra.

Non capisco tutte queste recensioni positive, la cera non strappa alcun pelo e sulla pelle lascia residui che si tolgono solo con olio... sconsigliatissima

The scent of the wax alone makes me happy. I used their Sandalwood wax. And it really works. My legs are so smooth now.

Ordered on 12/08 at 1pm, today we’re 15/08 still no update or any sign of me getting my package. You pay for a delivery fee and aren’t working with a reliable courier.

Hele slechte kwaliteit wax, haalt niet alle haren weg. Je werd ermee doodgegooid op instagram en andere kanalen. Ondanks de filmpjes waarop lijkt dat bij waxen alle haren worden verwijderd is dit niet het geval. Bestel gewoon lycon wax, alle haren in 1 waxbeurt in 1x weg, dit is troep! Als je echt achter je product staat hanteer je een niet tevreden garantie, nou dat kennen ze hier niet!

I have very sensitive skin and usually react badly to wax. But this time, nothing at all. 100% recommend.

Please do not order here, its all just a selling stunt they do not reply on phonecalls or emails for any questions. i tried cancelling an order THE SAME DAY like 15 minutes after i ordered it and they are not responsive at all. This is really bad if you are a self employee do not use waxx.me to work together with.

Non si stende , quando strappa oltre a far male resti piena di residui che abbiamo dovuto togliere con il guanto per lo scrub e l’olio d’oliva, per poi accorgermi che a gambe asciutte i peli erano quasi tutti li.
Ho provato a contattarli per un rimborso subito negato.
Ho anche inviato le foto di come mi sono ritrovata gambe e braccia arrossate.

Arrivano in una scatola che sembra usata , i barattoli della cera tutti graffiati.
Una vergogna
Centomila volte meglio il rool della vet preso su Amazon.

Onestamente non so da dove iniziare.
I prodotti sembrano usati: confezioni delle spatoline aperte e sporche, flaconi pure quelli aperti e sporchi ed uno visibilmente "usato", un altro che ha cosparso l'olio per tutto l'interno della scatola.
Il fullbody Scrub anch'esso senza alcun sigillo ed aprendolo sembra un avanzo.
Non li userò mai. Nessuno. Non mi fido.

Nessuno che presenta una chiusura ermetica, prodotti per la cosmesi così delicati che vanno a contatto con la pelle, e non vi premunite di sigillarli?

Non so cosa dire se non pessima esperienza. Ho allegato tutte le foto ed il Servizio CLIENTI mi ha risposto che "a parte leggeri segni di graffi dovuti al trasporto, non notiamo nulla di rilevante".
Vorrei vedere le spatole aperte e sporche come sono state confuse con leggeri graffi.. Se però fai il reso, non ti rimborsano perché "i prodotti risultano usati e non congrui per il rimborso".
Quindi per me non erano usati e dovevo tenermeli, mentre se sono loro a dovermi rimborsare risultano invece usati... queste aziende dovrebbero chiudere ed i titolari finire in carcere.
