This is a second time purchase for me because I love the way they curl. My first pair went out on me after about 30-40 days. They would not come back on. Other than that there great.

I placed two orders at Wavy Talk and requested refunds twice. Their website advertises that products are ready to ship, and they don’t ship. They’re getting 2 stars because they are responsive and offer to issue the refund. I have no patience for a company that will charge your credit card without holding funds until the product is actually shipped. That’s against the law. Buyer beware. **update: wavytalk made a reply, I supplied the requested information and they have not responded.

I tried my new product this morning and found it a bit difficult to use on a longer style pixie haircut.
I can see how it is easier to maneuver, the shorter the hair is.
So I had to use trial and error until I finally got the look I wanted.
Only to find out, my hair went flat anyway.
This product works much better for volume only and shorter hair.

Product came timely. The wavytalk curler actually does what it claims to do.

I have naturally curly hair that are complicated to straighten but thanks to this steam straightener in less than 20 minutes they are perfectly smooth!!

My hairdresser used the wavy talk power wave on my last visit and I loved the result and how long the waves lasted. I ordered my own right away! It’s so easy to use and very effective and as it’s dual voltage it’s perfect for travel too. So much safer and easier than other tools I’ve used and the timer and adjustable settings avoid me damaging my hair. I was impressed how quickly it came despite being an overseas order. I had considered ordering from uk Amazon but got a great deal direct from the manufacturer. Highly recommended.

I’m a big fan of this thermal brush, it is easy to use, at an affordable price point, looks great, and leaves hair smooth. If I could change anything about it, I think the bristles could be softer and they could be slightly longer and have more of them to further smooth hair and protect the scalp from heat better. I also find that the tip gets pretty hot despite being where it’s meant to be stabilized with your off-hand. Overall I recommend it, and I love the collabs that they’ve done with mo styles on instagram because she does a great job at explaining different techniques that can be achieved with the brush.

I like my new wave tool but my hair is hard to curl. Not sure if I can do anything about that. I’m learning how to use my device. I wish it came with a heat resistant glove because I always seem to burn my fingers/hands somehow or another any maybe a carrier bag would work better. Anyone has any tips please share

I ordered a cool curl pencil on 4th June. #WT237223. It still has not been dispatched on 3rd August! Customer service have responded with auto emails say they will send when restocked. After 2 months of waiting I would expect my order to be made a priority. Paid £41.45 inc postage. Waste of money. Don’t buy from this company. They take your money and don’t send the product. I think that’s usually called theft!

Scammers. Its been 10 days my order is marked delivered i sent so many emails i ordered 6 brushes and got just 2 brushes. Even i lodged complaint with UPS too. These is no customer service.
I even got response from UPS AND SHIPPER IS NOT WVEN BOTHERING TO SEND EMAIL

I placed my order on July 18, 2026. Order Number: WT263836 I am very disappointed with Wavytalk’s customer service. My order was shipped in two separate packages, but I was never informed that it would be split. There is no information showing what is inside each package, which has caused a serious problem with my freight forwarder (Aeropost) in Peru. I have contacted customer support multiple times by email and have still received no response. If Wavytalk ships an order in separate packages, customers should be informed in advance and told exactly what each package contains, especially for international orders. I urgently need Wavytalk to tell me the exact contents of each package so my shipment can be processed. Please respond as soon as possible!!!
