Great hair quality and the shipping is super fast! Customer service is quite responsive and attentive as well. So far 3 wigs in. They’ve become my new wig supplier even over Luvme Hair company suprisingly because they were my main company I ordered from and trusted the most. But now it’s Wavy My Hair.

The wig came on time, loved how it was packaged and liked the extra items it came with. It is soft and easy to manage.

The wig cap is to small. The hair quality is not the best . I wore it two times and by the end of the night I looked a mess. Carry a wig brush because it mats up in the back . I can feel it tangling at the back of my neck while I was at my event.

Issue with Wavymy Hair return policy/refund. Upon receiving my wig unit l immediately contacted them via email stating that there was a problem with the dome sizing/stitching of the wig unit. I also attached pictures of the unit to show proof that l had not compromised the wig in any way, l had not worn it, washed it, cut it, colored it or altered from it original state of how it was sent to me. I pointed out that there was a defect in the way the wig was made, I asked them to send me a return shipping label so l can ship them back the defective wig unit and get a refund. According to their refund policy free shipping if returned in 30 days of receipt of their product. The Customer Service Team sent me emails back and forth with me telling what could be wrong with the wig not being sized correctly or stitched properly, they continued to make excuses for not sending me a return shipping label. It’s been a week and l haven’t received any further emails responses from them and the phone number on their previous email responses is not valid. Their last email stated that they can provide me an address to return the wig unit but l would be responsible for shipping. Awful Customer Service and the company is not honoring what their website advertisement states in their return policy. I believe they are avoiding my request for the return shipping label until the 30 days has expired in order to then refuse to issue my refund. This is False Advertising, their failure to deliver a usable product is ultimately a tactic being used to defraud the consumer.

Great hair, affordable prices and great communication

I love everything about this wig this is my first time with layers!!! And the color is beautiful.

i purchased a 30inch c-part water wave i did like the curl pattern , texture of hair and the c part was pluck nicely. the lace is easy to melt in skin, the communication was easy.

cons the hair does have a lot of shedding way more than usual for curly hair . it has a few tangled but not to bad .

Hair thin. Too black for my skin. The wig strap keeps popping off.

The hair is true to length no shedding very soft. The customer service is amazing. I really appreciated the communication and their genuine effort to make sure I was happy with the product I ordered. It's my first time to order glueless wig but this is the best hair l've ever worn. So far, the wig are thick and full with no shedding. The wig looks very realistic and ever easy
to apply I definitely going to buy more ❤️

The hair shipped very fast. Customer service is very responsive. The hair was amazing. The only thing is that I wish that the hair had more density but that’s just my personal preference. Besides that I wear the hair every single day. Definitely buying again.

Well made wig love the color

I recently purchased a V-Part wig that I have completely fell in love with. It's so soft and bouncy. I love the curl pattern. And I didn't have to shape it which was a plus. Will definitely recommend to others. Also customer service is awesome. Answered any questions I had swiftly. Happy customer here!

Wig cap too large, no way to make it fit. Very disappointing because the color, length and quality are great. It says average size but way to large, no combs to help stay on .
