They started out as a good company with great customer service, bought the 1.0 WAVwatch and haven't had any issue with it, upgraded and bought the 2.0 version. Started having charging issues with it, so they had me return it for a replacement. Received the replacement 2.0 WAVwatch and from the very beginning, had issue with it turning on. Followed all their steps to clean the buttons, reboot etc. It sort of helped but still issue with it turning on, then came the NO CHARGING issue. So I have a dead watch that won't charge again and have sent 3 emails to them asking for a replacement or repair because it's still under warranty. CRICKETS! So disappointing as I like the style/look of the newer version, but I believe the FDA stepped in after their 1st version and made them change things. Not sure if that has anything to do with the design/functionality of the watch, but for a $600 watch, to be dead and no customer service support gives this company a 1 star rating. I believe in the healing with frequency and I'm happy I still have a functioning 1st generation watch, but it's sad they won't stand behind their expensive product!

I attended the biohacking show in LA and met the wavwatch people. After the show I ordered online. This thing is very cool. My sleep has been messed up for years and so i wanted to try this sound therapy. I'm glad i did! After two weeks of wearing the watch at night, i'm sleeping all the way thru the night. You gotta see this thing. For the sleep sessions, it starts with 8pm and goes each hour with a different frequency till i get up at 6am.

I have had to contact customer support multiple times. The time is not keeping correct time and then they said it is my sheets causing it (static) that is not the case since I don't wear it all the time sleeping (I use my hands alot for work and if I wear it during the day I have it on my ankle so it is just best for me to wear at night. I am so disappointed and wonder if the Hz is acutally correct now ?!??! If the time doesn't keep. Have had 6 emails back and forth and they keep telling me it is my sheets or that I need to bascially reboot it or to keep on my table for few days to see if it keeps time. I have tried all of it and they still don't offere replacement or to fix! I am done with this company and don't recommed. (which is probably what they want since I already paid my $700 for the watch! Sad thing is I do believe in sound healing and know it works just not sure with this device - keep giving me the run around my me rethink thir creditablity! - HORRIBLE for what I paid to the watch (which I expect for the amount of $$ that it should work with time and sound!)
Interesting enough - the CS rep said yea they have this issue before but never know if it is the same person or not.

I bought a refurbished device for my daughter and me, and it’s been a total nightmare. The quality is unacceptable, but when I contacted support, they just hid behind their "final sale" policy.

​It feels like a deliberate scheme: they sell subpar products for a lot of money and then refuse refunds, claiming it’s "final." Offering a replacement for a product that shouldn’t have been sold in this condition in the first place is not a solution — it’s just another way to avoid responsibility.

​This business model is not socially acceptable. It’s a pure "money grab" where they hold your charges and leave you with a useless item. I feel cheated. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away from this company. They don’t care about customers, only about your wallet.

Shipping is slow; I was not notified that a signature would be required. When I realized that I would not be home for the delivery, I asked to change the addres (this was before the item shipped). WAVwatch said "NO" we can't change the delivery address (though the shipper suggested to contact the seller)... and the delivery date was incorrect (I was not home). The next day, I WAS home - all day- waiting. 9am to 5pm - and then I had to leave for an hour. During this time the shipper arrived, and did not leave the watch, despite the written, SIGNED paper that I left, requesting the watch be left our front. So I still do not have my watch, and told them "KEEP IT" - I no longer want it.

I get leg and bone pain . It can be quite awful. I don't want to be popping Advil or Tylenol. I put the Wave watch on and set it on Lower joint support. I don't think it is wishful thinking or my imagination, but the pain seems to go away. I have been using it every day.

Not impressed at all. I have tried many frequencies. Stress, inflammation, pain, insomnia etc. and haven't noticed ANY difference. I was going to buy an extended warranty but why would I when it doesn't do anything. I gave it two stars because it's decent looking plane old watch.

Absolutely the best technology ever!! I’ve used frequency devices for many years and this is by far the best one! Easy to use, choose your issue and let it run. We have 2 of them and share in our family. So many positive results!! Will never be without them!!

Absolute garbage. The watch does absolutely nothing and all of their claims on what the frequency does is a complete lie. I will be reporting them to the FTC for fraud as my watch worked 6 months and they won't do anything about it.

got 2 of them. 1 quit working after several months. screen said EMPTY DISC meaning all data and frequencies are gone.

the other one developed functional problems like it would not play a list, pause or forward/back did not work

the company is unresponsive

I was tempted to buy this watch however I am thankful for the honest reviews that say this watch is basically a scam talking about multiple issues with battery life and other functions as well as refund from the company.
$600 USD is a lot of money for a silicone gimmick! I do believe in the healing power of frequencies however I think this company and the product it sells is a massive scam.

I received my Wavwatch on August 3, 2025 I LOVE IT, I have run every file and each one has produced great results. I just found out Wavwatch is releasing 2.2, I am hoping to turn in my 2.0 and get the new 2.2 as it has many more frequencies. I'm a 68 years old woman so you can imagine the health issue I face.

Let looking at all the reviews for the wavwatch. Why are all your positive reviews on the same date ???? That is not possible and an indication of fraud. Please explain ….

My friend bought the Wav Watch and loaned it to me. I went to the Wav Watch .com site and read about the watch and I started using the balance menu and I had a stroke in the balancing part of my brain. Well when I used the Wav Watch, my balance got better . I was amazed and thought " no way , this really works " I had a fall at a casino the prior nite and when I used the Wav Watch my balance was improved. I was really interested on all the other programs the Wav Watch has . So then I did one program for chronic pain . I have numbness on both feet with my toes . I used the program and my toes on my right foot was starting to fade . This is the only thing that has alleviated the numbness that I experienced on a daily basis. I really am blown away how the Wav Watch works . So anyone who has issues from chronic pain to brain issues this Wav Watch is something you will want to try . I am a true believer in the Wav Watch.
I had to return the watch after using it for four days but it was awesome to try out .

I was so excited to try this watch. On the 2nd day of using the watch I could not get it to light up when pressing the side button. Then it would not charge. The third week the display went out. I was extremely careful with this watch at all times.
I am sadly disappointed and out close to $600.

This WavWatch does not work if you live very close to cell towers & 5G towers. I contacted Linda asking if she thought towers interfere. She said it likely could. (Grounding sheets don't work either near towers. I have a cell tower within a block of my home and this technology does NOT work at all. I have 2 watches, purchased an original one and a year later I won another with the 1000+ frequencies. Neither work for me.

This is NOT Rife technology! Rife technology is NON audio Electromagnetic Frequencies! Electromagnetic frequencies require a generator that would not fit in a watch. There is a huge difference between audio and NON audio frequencies. The only ones strong enough to actually go into your body are Electromagnetic frequencies which require a generator, not just a audio clip of a sound of a frequencies. Go listen on Youtube, it's the same thing.

My mom has struggled with breathing issues for years She hasn't been able to walk far or play with the grandkids without having to sit to catch her breath numerous times and sometimes having to stop what she was doung completely.

A few weeks ago, my aunt talked her into trying her wavwatch, and I noticed a difference in about 15 minutes. She could move around, laugh, and play like her old self.
This summer temperatures have made her breathing even worse. I could tell a big difference when she gave my Aunts wavewatch back.
She couldn't even cook a meal without sitting down several times to catch her breath.

Us kids decided to go together and get her a wavewatch for her birthday. She cried when she opened it.

Sunday, we went to the grandkids' birthday party. It was 98 degrees and humid. Normally, that would have kept her inside away from the party, but she was able to sit outside the entire time and didn't struggle to breathe. She was able to enjoy the entire party.

So thank you, wavewatch, I've seen the impact firsthand by you giving my mom back.

My brother bought me the WavWatch and I totally laughed at him but let me tell you why he bought it for me.
April 2021 I had a car accident that broke pretty much everything on my right side and I had a TBI. I have metal in my leg and arm that had to be used to put me back together. Every morning since my accident I always wake up with a horrible headache, I don't mean every once in awhile, I mean every morning because of my TBI. The first day he gave me this I didn't wear it but the next morning when I woke up I grabbed the watch inside of pills and within 15 to 20 minutes the pain was gone.
My brother has given me something that I can never repay him for, I haven't taken any pills since. I have used it for the pain throughout my body and it does work.
People with real pain will know what I'm talking about. I'm so grateful. Thank you my loving brother and thank you Wav.
