Good customer service
Ordered two iSUPs from Wave and unfortunately due to ordering at a weekend the delivery time was slightly longer than expected but the online chat function on their website meant I could chat to Sophie, a member of customer support, who told me where my delivery was and when to expect it. Currently reviewing the website and customer service as my products will arrive later this week.

Really good customer service
I originally ordered a paddle board from Wave, but unfortunately the model I wanted was out of stock. Sophie from customer service reached out straight away, explained the situation clearly, and offered me an upgrade to the Navigator Kayak at no extra cost.
She was really helpful, kept me updated throughout, and made sure my order was sent out on next day delivery so I didn’t miss getting out on the water. The kayak arrived quickly, well-packaged, and is excellent quality.
It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly customer service these days, so I really appreciate the effort Sophie made to sort everything out smoothly. Highly recommend both the products and the team at Wave!

Brilliant products and even better customer service!
I’ve bought both a classic SUP and a Navigator kayak from Wave and absolutely love them. The quality is fantastic, and they’ve made getting out on the water such a joy. I did have a small warranty issue with the kayak, but Jessica from their team was unbelievably helpful—she sorted everything super quickly over email and made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with genuinely outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent support
Wave's Support was really excellent. If you're completely new to Paddle Boards and Kayaks, there's a bit of a learning curve, and things that might seem obvious to experienced SUP boarders are not so easy for newbies. Wave were really patient with my questions and got back to me really quickly, for which I was very grateful.

Super customer service
I purchased my first SUP from Wave last month and after 1 use the valve mechanism failed. I contacted Wave and within 24hours (on a weekend) I had a very detailed response with some troubleshooting tips. When these didn’t work and because the part is out of stock Wave are in the process of sending me a replacement board. I’m very happy with the speedy service from Esther & Tom. I looked forward to using my board more and feel reassured that if I ever need anything, customer service is second to none.

Alternate SUP Solution
I ordered a SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) with next day delivery. Unfortunately I found out it was out of stock when it wasn't delivered next day as I was expecting. I reached out their support team and heard back from Sophie who organised an alternate SUP (that was more expensive) to be dispatched to me instead - was very happy with how this was handled thanks Sophie / Wavesupboards!

Very happy customer
Having now used my SUP for the first time I can say I'm very pleased with the quality of the item and the standard of customer service received. I did experience one issue when first setting up the SUP, but Esther and the team at Wave were brilliant in providing support and getting me sorted and out using my board.

Venturer Canoe & Equiment
Ordered the Venturer Canoe which came with additional straps, reached out to Wave asking what they would be used for? Esther at Wave came back with a reply within minutes adding the straps were for securing additional gear/equipment to the canoe when out paddling. Thank you Wave will be testing out the Venturer over the coming days on Loch Lubnaig....watch this space.
