This was a very disappointing purchase.
The product I received is extremely poor quality and looks nothing like what is shown in the photos on their website. The materials feel cheap, the finish is careless, and overall it gives the impression of a low-cost item being misrepresented as something much better.
This is not a minor difference — it is completely misleading.
Customer service was equally frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered a small partial refund that does not reflect the severity of the issue.
Even worse, if you want to return the item, the cost falls entirely on the buyer. Since the return must be shipped to China, even a very small, lightweight package costs around $40 or more, making returns unrealistic and unfair.
After going back and forth multiple times, it became clear that resolving this properly would require unnecessary time and effort.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. What you receive may be very different from what you see advertised.

Rip off…. Avoid at all cost!!!

I ended up reporting it to my bank as a scam and I got my money back. Everyone should do the same as they should not be allowed to get away with it.

This is a fraudulent website misleading customers by pretending to be based in the UK. It is advisable not to order from this website due to the poor quality of goods, misleading information and inability to return items easily. The site has been reported to the National Cyber Security Centre with a request to remove the site due to fraudulent activities.

Terrible quality
Poor print and completey different fabric from advertised.
Would not acknowledge that ist not as described.
Return procedure is poof with you having to foot the bill for recorded delivery back to china.
Eventually I got a 30% refund

Absolutely terrible - not as pictured, false advertising. Quality of material is terrible - charge for returning. I’ve claimed through credit card as missold goods.

Merry Christmas jumper - Absolute rubbish, sent from China, although says UK made, nothing like picture on website, can return to an address in China!! Awful nylon slippery material, sleeves different colours, baggy neck just simply dreadful. I feel I have been scammed by this company.

It took a month to receive the order and NONE of the 3 dresses i ordered was as described on the website, to the point of them just being different altogether.

They are demanding that I pay for the return postage which is ridiculous since they sent faulty/wrong products.
If they won't collect the goods with full refund, I'm going to ask for a charge back from my bank. STAY AWAY

Appalling, dress ordered, delivered very late £45, material terrible, checked on the outside, white plastic on the inside. Cost to return to China, avoiding customs ‘as a used item or gift’ minimum cost is £24 by fedex. So do you risk spending an extra £24 hoping it arrives at the required destination and then trust Waverlyne to issue a refund.

DISAPPOINTING and MISLEADING EXPERIENCE.

The product delivered was not the item advertised.
Refunds are only offered if the customer pays return shipping to China, which exceeds the cost of the product itself.
I would not recommend ordering from this company.
Poor fitting, poorly made garment, terrible quality, not true to size.

DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a dress that looks on the advert like a cotton material, horrible slimy polyester dress arrives weeks later.

As per the website applied for refund (30’day cooling off period stated)

Emailed as per instructions, first response I can keep and get 30% refund, or return, then no instructions to return,

Tried again, this time offered a 20% discount or I have to post to Asia and pay all postage and taxes.

Website states company is in Liverpool.
