Wattlevale Melbourne Arvostelua

Beware!! Do not purchase shoes from this seller. I repeat do not buy anything from this seller. Firstly, they are based in China not Melbourne, Australia as stated. I purchased a pair of loafers claiming to be orthopaedic, well they were anything but, nothing orthopaedic about them, flat as a tack and extremely poor quality and no way worth the money I paid. Like others I have been unable to negotiate a full refund, and not prepared to pay the expensive shipping fees to return them. Social Media platforms who allow this so called company Wattle Vale Melbourne to advertise on their sites need to be aware of this shady terrible business.

Absolute thieves, wrong shoes no refund
They are in the Netherlands
Not Australian at all
All there products come from very cheap Chinese brands

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I had seen some of these reviews before purchasing. Poor quality items. You will NOT get a refund on any items despite "Guarantee " and "easy returns no questions asked" on their website. This is NOT Australia company, dealing with China.

Scam site. Product is very poorly made in China and does not represent photo on website. Will not give refund. Do not use this site.

Buyer beware!! Scam!! Do not try to return for a refund. It is near impossible. After so many emails, I was left with a total refund of 30% (they ripped me off with that as well) and a pair of crappy shoes that are the incorrect size. They are not a shop in Melbourne, and never were, just another overseas scam. You can purchase the same shoes on Temu or Shein for under $20 and they will fit or return for free and get a credit or money back. Cost from these A Holes $79.99!!!!!!!!

**Do not recommend**

I do not recommend Wattle & Vale. The shoes were overpriced considering the poor quality and looked and felt like a cheap product. The sizing was also incorrect, so I requested a return and refund.

Although the website gives the impression that this is an Australian business, I was told that I would need to return the shoes to China at my own expense. The international return postage is very expensive, making the advertised “easy returns” and “money-back guarantee” misleading in practice.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The products are overpriced, the quality is poor and the return process is difficult and costly.
