Quick shipping, glue kit was high quality

Love how you can swap parts out so easily, these are clearly made to last, part took some time to come in but the fact I didn’t have to scrap my rower entirely makes it well worth the wait!

The arm that was purchased is amazing but the description of the size device it holds is very vague and a little misleading. In reading through the description of product it goes right into what size of large tablet fits on the tablet holder. I don’t feel this was clear on the website because I expected what. And with the tablet arm to hold my phone and was a bit perplexed to find that the holder was sized for a phone. I wasn’t expecting to have to make additional purchase, but I do love the tablet arm and my WaterRower 😉

My only regret is not getting this beautiful machine sooner!!

I have a walnut waterrower and a walnut exercise bench and they are so fantastic! Impeccably made, fantastically functional and beautiful as well. Thank you!!!!

The water rower is good and looks nice but their customer service is pitiful.
The tanks started leaking so I tried to buy a sealing kit but they were out of stock for the foreseeable future so I had to buy a full tank at £170. The fragile wires to the monitor broke £59ish
Spoke to them and they had meowing a different machine, asked for help together the right monitor but they couldn't assist on the phone and asked for an email and told meet ask for tablets at the same time.
a month later and no response. Call them and the person who should have dealt with it hasn't and isnt there. Lots of apologies and talking straight overran concerns.
Finally managed to get them to talk to me and workout what monitor i need without yet another email as they don't do things over the phone. Promised to send a link to what I needed and how to order tablets. What a surprise no email sent to me, no record of my purchase and they are really not interested. Maybe I should have bought a concept 2

An unserem WaterRower Rudergerät war nach ca. 18 Monaten die Kupplung an der Tankeinheit defekt.
Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte durch den Verkäufer Sport Tiedje, der uns dann an den Hersteller weitergeleitet hat.
Anfangs lief alles noch normal, habe dem Service das Problem geschildert, die komplette Tankeinheit musste für die Reparatur abgebaut werden und an WaterRower verschickt werden.
Da ich kein passendes Versandmaterial für die Tankeinheit hatte musste ich den Kundenservice um Zusendung eines passenden Karton beten.
Positiv muss man erwähnen das der gesamte Transport über UPS abgewickelt wurde, was immer zuverlässig und schnell funktioniert hat.

Bis wir dann unsere reparierte Tankeinheit wieder bekommen haben sind fast 3 Monate vergangen, viel Ärger und zahlreiche Emails an den Service.
Immer wieder wurden wir um Verständnis gebeten, wegen Personalmangel usw.
Leider mussten wir zu den zahlreiche Emails an den Hersteller und Verkäufer, letztlich sogar noch rechtlichen Schritten ankündigen, nur um unsere reparierte Tankeinheit wieder zu bekommen.
Und wir sind wirklich keine Kunden die bei Problemen gleich mit dem Rechtsanwalt "drohen"...

Letztlich sind wir sind sehr enttäuscht und verärgert über den schlechten Kundenservice eines Herstellers von hochwertigen Sportgeräten.

Wäre es nicht einfacher und im Sinne des Kunden, besser gewesen uns gleich eine neue Tankeinheit zuzuschicken, als uns 3 Monate auf Reparatur warten zu lassen?

Wo Menschen arbeiten kann es immer wieder mal zu Fehlern und Problemen kommen.
Es kommt nur darauf an wie man mit dem Fehler umgeht und ob man dem Kunden eine passende Lösung anbietet.

Das Rudergerät von WaterRower können wir weiterempfehlen, sehr gute Verarbeitung und sehr angenehm in der Benutzung.
Den Kundenservice allerdings können wir nicht weiterempfehlen!

I had to replace the tank and while it wasn't perfect (at times it was a bit hard to see exactly what they were doing), the video provided ultimately got me through and I am back up and running. I am also super pleased about getting the tablets to keep the water from going bad. that was a nice surprise.

I have an older WaterRower, made for NordicTrack, and the guide wheels for the sliding seat needed to be replaced. It took a little bit of exploration on the WaterRower website, but I found the wheels there, ordered them, and was happy that they came sooner than expected. I installed them without any trouble, and I'm back to rowing again. The WaterRower is pretty trouble-free, but it's nice to know I can get the parts I need when it does have a little trouble.

1. Packing was very poor, although there was no apparent damage.
2. New tank key brackets were not provided (or expected). However, a screw holding the old right bracket was nearly impossible to remove, because one of the nuts was not glued to the wooden bottom deck.
3. Something knocks once during the stroke recovery. Gone is quiet rowing.
Edit: After several hours of rowing, the knock has disappeared.

Service was good regarding purchase and shipping. The problem was that new part did not fit well. I was a bit too big. The new part is on but install was very difficult. Either new part was too big or my rower is too small.

Great communication, everything was efficiently packaged and arrived as advertised. The rower is reconditioned and working like new again!

I called and spoke with Jennifer. She was super helpful and assisted me in procuring replacement parts I had overlooked online.

I love my WaterRower Classic, and I like that they stock and ship replacement parts, and also that they are user replaceable. It was somewhat difficult to find the parts I needed, but once I found the right parts (both load wheels and guide wheels had worn out after 9 years), it was relatively easy. The video WR posted on YouTube on wheel replacement was very helpful.

One negative was it took a while to get the parts, then I couldn't replace the load wheels right away because I did not have the Circlip pliers, then once I got them, they were the wrong size! I believe tools required should be specified in the product listing for any specialized tools required.

But in the end, I have a good-as-new WaterRower again!

Only reason this isn’t 1 is because the customer service rep I dealt with (kevin) was very nice and helpful. I ordered a new tank, it took weeks to get to me just to find out that it was the wrong tank and I didn’t receive other items I ordered. He said the shipping department messed up the order. So I have to wait another few weeks for another new tank and was told I would receive the items I first ordered but didn’t receive and a shipping label to send the first wrong tank back. I received the correct tank but still without the additional item I originally ordered and no shipping label to send back the wrong tank. So now I’ve had a giant box sitting in my house with nowhere to send it. Major inconvenience throughout this process. Really bummed.

Ordered the parts … ended up fixing the machine while waiting for the parts to arrive … saving parts for “next time”.
