The hospital was easy to locate and…
The hospital was easy to locate and parking was ample. On arrival all staff were welcoming. Dr Ben Aldridge was very pleasant and professional. However I would say the fee of £200 is quite excessive, as my assessment took less than 5 minutes and I felt the Dr was asking, if there was anything else he could help with as I was diagnosed so quickly …however the appointment has given me peace of mind and so I am pleased with that.

Expert quick diagnosis and treatment by Dr Ben Aldridge. Very kind and friendly caring staff at all levels who went over and above to ensure I was ok before and after treatment, even making sure I got a taxi home. Very modern clean facilities with coffee/tea & biscuits available.

Professional, friendly and kind
The hospital is clean, comfortable and has more of a top hotel vibe with a good coffee lounge and friendly receptionist. I was there for masseter Botox for tmj issues and Dr Katy Nassar was very kind and professional, explaining everything about the procedure clearly and thoroughly.

Jaw tension and TMJ trouble is something people often live with for a long time before asking about it, which is why Dr Katy Nassar spends time going through what the treatment involves and what it can realistically do. We hope it gives you some relief.

Seen by consultant who was v professional. Would have liked to have been made aware in advance that moles could be frozen as part of the appointment.

Same-day treatment is often possible at a mole appointment and we do mention this on the website, though it is a reasonable suggestion that we say more about it at the booking stage so patients know to note which ones they want looked at. Your comment about the car park has gone to the hospital management, and if you would like to tell us more about where felt exposed, do get in touch and we will look at it properly.
Wonderful experience with Mr Awf Quaba
My experience at The Waterfront Private Hospital was nothing short of amazing. I am a returning patient of Mr Awf Quaba and will continue to choose him and The Waterfront, especially after my positive recent experience.
The hospital was clean, luxurious and smelt amazing on entry. I was given a very warm welcome by the staff members and taken to a lovely waiting area which helped to put me at ease before the procedure. I was then looked after by the nurse and taken to my room to be prepared for surgery.
Before the operation, I was visited by my surgeon, Mr. Awf Quaba where we shared a lovely chat and I was able to ask questions - this further eased my nerves of surgery and created a sense of calm.
The procedure itself felt like it was over with a blink of an eye. Waking up, comfortably rested in recovery where I was looked after by the wonderful nursing and healthcare staff.
Mr. Quaba did an absolutely fantastic job, as always. He is exceptionally talented and a true master of Plastic Surgery. I will always choose him as he is one of the most knowledgeable practitioners, excels in precision and makes the patient comfortable.
Overall, I am very pleased with my results and would greatly recommend The Waterfront private hospital.

The conversation with Mr Awf Quaba before theatre is one of the more important parts of the day, and not only for the practical questions. Going into an operation with a clear head makes the whole experience easier, and it is time well spent even when it looks like nothing more than a chat. i was well looked atfer from the minute I walked into the hospital there was a receptionist at the door who lead me upstair to where the waiting area was with tea coffee ect.and biscuits to have , Iwas booked in at the reception there .When I went into see Awf he explained in detail what would happen and I he helped me decide how far with my surgery I would like to go because i wasnt sure if I needed top eye lift and he helped me decide also explaining how the surgery would be carried out and the aftercare showing me before and after photos I have been to a couple of other hospitals to look at having surgery but for one reason or another I wasnt happy with the experience it felt more like a company than a place where I would have surgery done, but waterfront gave me the confidence to have my surgery done I was treated like a patient and I would also be well cared for before and after surgery

Eyelid surgery is a good example of why the consultation matters so much. How much to do differs enormously between patients, and a decision like whether to include the upper lids is one nobody should be rushed into. Mr Awf Quaba would far rather spend extra time than have someone go ahead unsure. We wish you well with the surgery and your recovery at Waterfront Private Hospital.
