Hi, so sorry to hear this — that's not how our care team usually reads.
Are you sure the messages were going to our official WhatsApp on +971 50 417 8806 or our main line +971 4 340 1717? WhatsApp sometimes shows old contacts that are no longer active, and we'd hate to think 20 messages went to the wrong place.
WhatsApp Sherosh on that mobile number and he'll pick it up personally — no automatic responses.
