Really happy with the watch and the…

Really happy with the watch and the price was great, Im in the UK the delivery wasn't super fast but the customer service was great as I accidently ordered the watch forgetting I was going away and they changed the delivery address for me with no issues. watch arrived well packed and I would use this site again no issues

З приводу гатунку товарів все супер, дуже задоволений! Але сама доставка дуже довга , особливо коли ти вперше заказуешь. Тепер коли маю часи на руках можу рекомендувати цей магазин як надійний, та товари тут вищого гатунку по добрій ціні.

Great customer service

Great response time on customer service. There was a UPS issue that was resolved right after I emailed. Watch arrived promptly after in great conditin. Would order from this site again

We are sorry for the long waiting time and for the inconvenience caused. Your payment has already been fully refunded, despite the fact that the investigation with the postal service is still ongoing.

Unfortunately, this situation was caused by serious delivery issues with the Ukrainian postal service during that period. Several shipments were not delivered and were apparently lost in transit, and official investigations with the postal operators are still ongoing.
Although the issue was outside of our control and not caused by our company directly, we still wanted to treat the situation fairly and responsibly. For this reason, we decided not to make you wait any longer and issued your payment refund in full, even while the investigation is still unresolved.
We truly apologize once again and appreciate your patience and understanding.
