Great customer service

Great customer service, I’ve dealt with Ben the owner of the watch boutique who has outstanding knowledge on watches, guided me through the process of registering a limited edition watch.

Sent the watch yesterday evening and got my payment this morning.

Highly recommended

Sold my Rolex Wimbledon to Ben

Sold my Rolex Wimbledon to Ben, happy with the price and unfortunately i had to move the date around a couple of times and he was great with this as well.

Would definitely use again if i wanted to sell anymore watches to him and highly recommend.

He seems a top lad as well which always makes it easier.

Very good experience o…

Very good experience of selling an long unused Tag Heuer watch which, on inspection, turned out to have a leaky battery. Very fair offer, and payment arrived almost instantaneously. Ben explained everything, was friendly and helpful.

Great Selling Experience

Ben is a true trader. Very knowledgeable about the watches and a gave a detailed and understandable appraisal of both my watches - a gold Rolex and a stainless steel Omega. Paid more than anyone else had offered as their ‘best price’ because he knows the true market value as a dealer.
Ben will be the first person I call if I ever need to sell a watch again.

What a fantastic guy Ben is, straightforward and straight talking. Very friendly guy. Went in a Tag and he explained what was needed and how much it was worth. Paid promptly within minutes of confirming I was happy with the price. Any watches I sell in the future will definitely be going to Ben

Excellent service from Ben

Excellent service from Ben. I had used him previously to sell a watch and the service was so good I returned again to sell another piece. The communication at every stage of the process from contact to sending to settlement is a very smooth and efficient one. I have no hesitation in recommending The Watch Boutique.

Amazing service

Absolutely brilliant and friendly service from Ben, he is an absolute gentleman and really fair. Had a good chat and the transaction was great, Payment there and then no messing around. Highly recommend
